It's been a little while since we ate at Olive garden in Owasso.
What a disappointment!. Is definitely wasn't as good as it used to be.
No "butter" for bread, instead a "yellow sauce" that tasted of oil.
Bread sticks seemed like they had been laying around for a while before being reheated to serve.
Very weak iced tea.
The chicken portion of our Tour of Italy was too crispy.
The part of the restaurant where we were seated was clean.
The server was very pleasant but forgot that we both wanted lime in our drinks and brought lemon for one and lime for the second. And forgot that we had asked for "butter".
It seemed that she had to say "I'm sorry" a lot.
It will be a long time before we go back if we actually ever do.

Another bad review for this place . Food is good but service sucks . Ordered my food at 9 and it’s 10 and my wife had to go inside to get our food after waiting almost 20 mins in check in spot . Even went through the steps . It’s late hungry and tired and waiting for our food to be sitting at desk is poor service .

I love their food. My wife and I have been requesting Alfredo dipping sauce for our breadsticks since the mid 90's and now it's listed on the menu.They always take care of us and we always leave very full.

everything was dirty didn't get my drink other than water until I was done eating. The staff couldn't remember we needed silverware and never brought our dip for the breadsticks we ordered.

I love Olive Garden. And love their soup and salad. And of curse the bread. Great place. I lived in Cali and always went to Olive Garden for lunch on Friday’s and was super excited that I found one pretty close to where I live here in Bartlesville Oklahoma.

We dined at the Owasso location this evening on likely one of the busiest evenings of the year. Our experience far exceeded 5 stars… From the hostess to the server (Vince) to the quality of food from the kitchen, it was all amazing! In my 40 years, we have dined with clients all across the country in 2 star - 5 star restaurants and the service Vince provided this evening ranked right among the top 3 best ever.
