I love getting takeout and spending however much in 2 large drinks only to find out both of them are flat. I’ve worked in food service before it’s obvious when a soda is flat either by the sounds it makes or when it comes out clear. It’s pure laziness to not just go and change it.

This is standard fast food panda express so expectation is tempered. Just want hot, fresh, basic decent service. Bar is not high. 830 order and there are no vegetables and no plans to make more or ability (said something about no kale so couldn't make any veggies) ? So that was disappointing but got terriaki chicken and rice and didn't notice there was no sauce in the bag until at home. So had dry plain chicken and rice. I feel like panda express can do better. These experiences reinforce the desire to just cook at home when you can't get vegetables and then they throw your stuff in a bag with zero care. I work to afford meals. Can you just try to provide the stuff so I can enjoy my money spent? So in the end felt like I wasted 12 dollars and had a lame chicken and rice dinner.

I’LL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT STORE AGAIN!!! IT WAS SO POORLY MANAGED, I WAS MAD!!! I WAITED 10 MINUTES FOR CHICKEN TERIYAKI, WHILE I ALREADY HAD MY OTHER ORDER. THE BOWL OF RICE THEY PUT OUT FOR THE CHICKEN HAD GOTTEN COLD. THEY WAITED ON OTHER CUSTOMERS (IN LINE) WHILE I SAT THERE WAITING!!!!

Wonderful experience, very pleased! I ordered a family meal and a 12 piece crab rangoon for order pickup. Went inside to pick it up and was immediately charmed by the beautiful and clean interior, friendly employees and calm, peaceful atmosphere. The man that gave us our order was kind and patient, The food was kept warm, the portions were generous and the food was delicious. Best panda express we've eaten at!

As always I loved my time at panda! The service was quick and kind. All of the staff were working quick, but made sure to get my order right and provide kind service. The food was amazing... as always! Thier orange chicken is among the best, I also really love thier teriyaki chicken. Both are cooked and prepared very well and full of flavor.

Went for drive thru service and I was waiting 20 minutes for my food while I could visibly see only two employees working in the kitchen and the other FIVE stood and chatted amongst themselves, ignoring customers. The drive thru line was completely full and backed up, customers were parked waiting for their food, several options were out of stock because they didn't have it made and ready, so that increased our wait time. Well maybe that wouldn't be such a struggle if everyone was actually working instead of standing around!!! I don't think I need to return to this panda express 👎 food was surprisingly still warm though.
I ordered my food 1 hour ahead online I arrived and they said I would have to wait 10 minutes and no one was in line. When I got upset and I told him what was the point of me ordering a head of time he said well the order just came through. 1 hour later seriously? Instead of apologizing he was just making up excuses.
