Went for drive thru service and I was waiting 20 minutes for my food while I could visibly see only two employees working in the kitchen and the other FIVE stood and chatted amongst themselves, ignoring customers. The drive thru line was completely full and backed up, customers were parked waiting for their food, several options were out of stock because they didn't have it made and ready, so that increased our wait time. Well maybe that wouldn't be such a struggle if everyone was actually working instead of standing around!!! I don't think I need to return to this panda express đ food was surprisingly still warm though.
I ordered my food 1 hour ahead online I arrived and they said I would have to wait 10 minutes and no one was in line. When I got upset and I told him what was the point of me ordering a head of time he said well the order just came through. 1 hour later seriously? Instead of apologizing he was just making up excuses.

My bowl was half full and for $10 I feel like half full isn't the way also my egg roll was literally black in the middle. I just feel like for the amount of money you're gonna spend you should at least get a non-burned egg roll. Overall I paid like $15 for a half full bowl and a burned egg roll

I gave a really simple order. The person taking it repeatedly got it wrong. Even after me repeating it 4 times. On top of that, they had the audacity to get rude and try to talk over me while I was trying to repeat the order. If they would've shut their mouth and listened, they would have got it right. Why does this person have a job?

I used to love pandas food. The plates were large and not too costly. Now the plates are half the size and almost double the price. I cant afford to eat thrre anymore....sad

Price isnt terrible but food is not as advertised on mobile app. Got the teriyaki chicken and it tasted like garlic but had not even a hint of teriyaki to it. Had to add our own sauce. Asked if we could sample a small piece cuz it literally looked like it was missing the teriyaki and was told no but that it is glazed in teriyaki sauce though i couldnât tell where. Mushroom chicken was ok at best and chow mein had no flavor at all. Like eating noodles straight from the boiling water after being half cooked. I thought the wont tons were ok but my wife hated em and shes the one that likes em. I donât really eat em. The highlight of the meal was the Beijing beef which had a pleasantly sweet and spicy flavor. The guy making our plate was giving off a shut up and get your food and get out attitude so thats what we did. Lady at the register was nice. Overall we wont be returning there are better places to eat

Tonight I placed a mobile order around 8:15pm. The app told me my order would be ready at 8:29. I arrived at 8:30 and the drive thru told me there was a âwait for some reasonâ. when pulling up to the window I asked how long the wait would be, as I placed the order almost 20 minutes ago. She replied âUhhhhâŠ. I donât knowâŠ. the cook will be back from break in 5 minutesâ I asked âis anyone else here to make it?â ânoâ I pulled around to wait and proceeded to wait 25 MORE MINUTES as more cars came through and quickly received there food no issues. To get their attention, I proceeded to blare my car music incredibly loud, five minutes later, 45 MINUTES LATER total, I receive my food and a âsorryâ. And yâall wanna be paid $18 an hour. Get REAL. We wonât be back.
