Very clean restaurant. Employee told me the delivery order would be on the shelf. I waited 4 minutes. Thankfully, I asked the lady at the register. The order was behind the counter. The gal wanted to lecture me about where to pick up future orders. I had to walk away because the restaurant had already made me wait longer than I should have.

Bethany at the owasso location was quite patient and incredibly helpful. Give that girl a raise, she cares and I noticed stopped counting inventory to help me. Good help is hard to find, keep her! Food is always spectacular!

Our most outstanding visits here are when Journey waits on us. This morning was no exception. She single handed filled an order with both bakery & hot food items plus a couple of hot lattes super fast. We so pleased to be able to enjoy the hot beverages with our food, which does not always happen here or other locations. I even got to observe her gracefully dealing with a rude customer. I highly recommend that Journey be promoted. She’s a great training example for new hires, as well as old timers who could use a fresher. Please thank her for making this morning’s visit one of our best among Paneras in Oklahoma, Kansas & Texas that we have frequented over the past several years. Way to go!

Continues to provide tastefully healthy menu options, good service and nice atmosphere for dining with friends. Over twenty years in two different states, whether breakfast or lunch.
Really nice location w lots of seating , lots of cashiers , fast service, very inviting place. Large metting room too. Across from a park w a pond too so it really is a nice lunch meeting or work from home place. Staff was very friendly and helpful..this is my fav location near tulsa. I like owasso ..small town feel big city amenities. Drive thru also.

Although there's some differences between the Tulsa store and Owasso, the food we ordered was right on top. I personally have been at the Owasso store many times in the past. Now that we're permanent residents here, we will continue to go to Panera's.
