Although there's some differences between the Tulsa store and Owasso, the food we ordered was right on top. I personally have been at the Owasso store many times in the past. Now that we're permanent residents here, we will continue to go to Panera's.
The customer service at this Panera is truly exceptional. We placed an order from Michigan for our customers, but due to a shortage of DoorDash drivers, our order wasn’t going to make the delivery time. When I called the store, the manager, Jana, went above and beyond by having Braydon personally deliver the order. I haven't eaten at a Panera Bread in several years because i dont live by one. I saw a commercial where they were serving ciabatta dippers for a limited time. So I stopped by the one in Owasso Ok. and got 2 french dippers to go. They asked if i wanted a half or whole so I ordered 2 whole dippers.
