I did pick up. App said was ready but when I went in, had to sit and wait about 15min. And another man had to wait and he said it had told him his was ready as well. Good flavor do like a thinner crust but still good value for price.

Why are you charging for parm & red pepper packets? You can't charge extra for condiments, and expect me to still do business with you. Between delivery fees and the driver tip, I just spent over $50 to have 2 pizzas delivered, and you want to nickel and dime me for condiment packs that only cost you 4 cents each? That's gonna be a hard no from me, going forward.
Delivery was way quicker than the suggested wait time on the website! It got here super fast, maybe 15 minutes..

Worst service ever. I Ordered 2 pizzas; whole ham and the second was half ham. When I got the pizzas , they were 95%cheese. When I talked to them about it, the response was,āthis one is only in half and itās under the cheese and for the whole ham pizza, he said āitās under the cheeseā. If you arenāt happy it will be 15 mins or more. The rudeness was u real. I donāt care how busy you are, people order what they want and you should make it that way. I donāt want a dash of meat on my pizza because youāre in a hurry.
