Worst service ever. I Ordered 2 pizzas; whole ham and the second was half ham. When I got the pizzas , they were 95%cheese. When I talked to them about it, the response was,āthis one is only in half and itās under the cheese and for the whole ham pizza, he said āitās under the cheeseā. If you arenāt happy it will be 15 mins or more. The rudeness was u real. I donāt care how busy you are, people order what they want and you should make it that way. I donāt want a dash of meat on my pizza because youāre in a hurry.

Hardly any toppings on the pizza and they're not uniform at all. The slices are cut so random. The boneless wings are not good at all.

Pizza was clearly dropped and not fixed before delivering it. Our pizza was crushed in half.
Update: Iām pleasantly surprised at how fast they fixed this issue and even elaborated on the crust being a bit of a known issue for them. I changed a 1-star to a 3-star but 5-star service. Thank you for a quick fix. The app told me to expect a response within 48 hours but when I called and spoke to the manager it was quickly resolved.

We ordered pizza over an hour and 15 minutes ago, and it just arrived. We called right before it arrived, saying we weren't going to pay for it because it took forever and we were going to bed. The guy who answered was super rude and lied to us, saying he called telling us it was going to be late, which he never did. Horrible customer service. We tipped the driver for her trouble because it wasn't her fault. He also told us he didn't put the pizza in until an hour after we ordered it.
Update: I recently ordered from here because it had been a few years, and we figured our last bad experience was just because they were having a bad night. Unfortunately, we had a very similar experience. I'm not going to try again.

Parking: You can park near the door at least at night. A number of neighboring businesses are closed. You can always get a space when a delivery driver departs
Wheelchair accessibility: The shopping center has parking spaces reserved for folks with disabilities. Then lowered places in the sidewalk for wheelchair access. How close they are to Papa John's I'm not sure. Getting in the door with a wheelchair or crutches I'm not sure. However, employees and customers are in and out constantly. This is carry out and delivery only. So someone will open the door for you.
