I honestly Wish I could give it 0 stars. Called to place an order and was ignored. Someone picked up the phone and sat it down while they talked to a coworker or someone and left me saying hello for 5 mins. Not even a Thank you for calling Pizza Hut, please hold. The absolute worst.

Very disappointed on the decline of service of this Pizza Hut. I placed online order and got home to missing item. Called store and during snow storm had to go back to get it. Expecting kids to share when you ordered enough is not a battle I like to fight. Arrived and tried to show them my order receipt showing the item. but was dismissed and nothing was said...not a sorry or any kind of customer service just handed me the box and dismissed me. Manager was no where. Sad day because pizza hut was a family favorite but the rudeness...not worth it.

Placed an online order for 2 pizzas and some mozz sticks. Got home with an order of French fries and 2 pizzas that I needed to cut myself. I live across town from the store so going back wasn't an option for me. I don't know what's more frustrating, getting the wrong food or leaving a pre-tip for it. If I go back, no more tips, and checking food before I leave the restaurant.

The people at this location are great at being friendly BUT when it comes to making an order correct they fall short. I ALWAYS order a simple personal pan pizza with DOUBLE hell even TRIPLE pepperoni but they don’t seem to get that right! I am even CHARGER for the EXTRA PEPPERONI yet I only get the bare MINIMUM on my pizza!!! Get it right guys especially if ur gnna CHARGE me for the extra meat u BETTER BE GIVING IT TO ME! Complete UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have ordered at least 5 yet not a single one had even a single shred of extra pepperoni on it!!

They put 100% of the toppings in the center mass of the pizza and did not bother to spread them out.
Worst experience in over 30 years of business with "The Hut". Only time to ever complain about an order in 30 years.
If you are in the area in need of pizza, kindly go to Dominoes, Reasors(frozen pizza), QT, or Kum N Go. Anywhere else you will have better luck.

Order about $70 dollars worth of food and a $10 dollar tip ordered at 7:35 was suppose to be delivered by 8:35 never showed up, got delivered to another house, we needed up with their food. Contacted customer support to have remade only to find out it would be another hour canceled my order at 9:30. Food finally showed up at 9:45 with some of the food missing won’t be ordering again ?
