Up charging for brisket at a bbq joint is ridiculous AND my brisket was very dry. How much extra do you have to pay for moist meat? Pricing is getting ridiculous.

They are lucky I forgot to take a picture of my food. For $21.12 you get 2 small pieces of ribs, and two slices of brisket. The togo container was 1/2 empty with plenty of space to be filled. Brisket was dry and I asked for the moist cut. This place is one and done for me. Will never come back. I asked for the three’s company for $14.99 and to substitute the turkey and chicken breast for brisket. I would have paid a surcharge no problem. They said they couldn’t do. And charged me for a 2 meat combo and up charged me for brisket. Makes no sense.
Always good food.... Did takeout and was missing a sandwich when I got home... called and they gave me a credit.. so im happy eater... I go their pretty frequently...
To add even more flavor to baked potato and potato skins. . Cook with bacon wrapped around the potato...

I was there last night with my family to eat she brought out everyone’s plate but said she forgot to put my order in 20 mini later she brings mine out the order was wrong I confront her she gets mouthy with me lol she never once asks us for a refill or took dirty plates out of our way the food was disgusting and cold she was hateful and the table next to us was talking about how she did their ticket wrong that she didn’t charge for half of what she was supposed to lol honestly I feel bad for not tipping her bc we always leave good tips but she was the worst her name was Ashley.

For the first time, our visit to RibCrib was a disappointment 😞 the waitress only stopped by our table when she took our order never checked to see if we needed anything, baked potato and the mac and cheese were hard like not cooked all the way and our drinks were flat. Hopefully next time will be better.

We ordered a family pack through door dash last week and it was absolutely inedible, except for the peppers,onions and pickles. The brisket was greasy and tough, it has obvious been cooked for many hours. The chicken, which is usually great, was also stringy and tough. Rib crib isn't something we can afford to order very often and will NEVER order again. Lots of other choices in Owasso so I will be trying one of the other restaurants for sure. Shame on you for sending out sub standard food and charging extreme prices for it!! Rinda Harbison
