I pulled into the drive through at 9:05 when it’s posted that they are open until 10pm but I was told very quickly that they were closed.

We got a large French Dip sandwich with chips and a large drink and a Ceasar Chicken Salad with 2 medium drinks and our total was $44.00. The food was pretty good but that's awful expensive for that much food!!!

My boys love the taste, but seriously hire people who know what they are doing and can listen and operate the cash reg. The last 3 times we have gone our order has been wrong each time. For the $, I think too expensive for the value.

I don't know bout service or atmosphere cuz my step daughter went there with a friend and her mom to come to find that the pizza they had mold on it they ate most of til they realized that it had the mold very disappointed that they would serve food like that especially to children at that!!!!
The young woman who took our order was Emberly. She was one of the most courteous, friendly and helpful person I have meet in a fast food restaurant. The food was hot and the wait for it was very short. I will definitely come back to eat at this restaurant. I'm so glad the brought back the Texas Schlotzsky.

The sandwiches are not that great and are just average tasting. Nothing special. I was very specific of what I wanted on my sandwich with NO pepper. Of course the put tons of pepper on my sandwich. Bread was not very fresh. It was not an enjoyable experience and there is hardly any meat on them. There are too many other good sandwich shops around to be dining here.

To have respect for your customers is not hard. You should not just make whatever size sandwich you want and charge the higher amount...also when getting a meal that comes with a drink it should come with a straw. When calling the response given for this is that is what we do and sometimes it comes with a straw to top off the lack of needed items for not making a mess in your car. This place has gone completely down hill and would not recommend it to anyone.

it took over 20 minutes in the driveway with only one car ahead of me. when I got up to pay it was almost $5 higher than the menu price stated. and no way am I going to pay $20 for a sandwich meal. they would not give me the price it was listed without getting the manager involved what you made it super awkward. they treated me bad just because the price was wrong on their part again my part. so I left without anything. it took forever in the driveway all for nothing. the good news Whataburger is right across the street. anybody wanting anything to eat that's halfway decent and half the price just go there.
