I ordered the orange chicken to go. Once I got home I sat down and started eating and discovered a green caterpillar in my food. I returned my food to only be greeted by the rude manager blaming me for eating some of the food. And refusing to refund my money. After a long discussion she agreed to refund my money. As of two weeks later I still haven’t received a refund. Needless to say I did notify the health department. After posting about this on social media there were several replies of roaches, and other insects being found in their food. Obviously this place is has no regard for health inspection requirements.

They are closed every day from 2-4. I didn’t know that and A really nice lady that works there saw me starting to walk away and said no come in. Will make you something.. We love their food. Service is great and the people are so nice.

Ordered two meals, cheese puffs, and egg rolls. Asked before I left if everything was in the bag. She said everything was, got home and there was no egg rolls.
Have enjoyed Season's Express for over 25 years! Consistently delicious!

Customer service awful no napkins,no.lids for drink cup, cheap with sauces even with takeout bags,3%up charge when you use a card. food ordered garlic chicken wings with fried rice and dumplings.Worst food and service.Over priced for quality and service. I will not return and wouldn't recommend.
