This location has been my recent go to when I’m craving chicken. Doesn’t matter what time of day I come - the food is fresh and amazing. My fries are never soggy (huge Win). I happily pay the extra .39 for another side of ranch or honey mustard because it’s soooooo good. And the service, A+. I have yet to interact with someone there that isn’t amazing. Everyone is so friendly, polite and willing to help with immense patience. Way to go staff and management. It really shows the pride you take in your company. Highly recommend trying out Slim Chickens in Owasso.

My first time trying it was lastnight and I will never return. The customer service was great but the food was terrible I threw it away and went to rasing chains. I got the spicy chicken and it was like they dumped the whole bottle of seasoning on it. They frys were way to salty I love salt so when I say something is salty thats bad.

I have been a few times over the last month. First vist the cashier was very informative. I substituted fries foe mushrooms. The mushrooms are good but can be watery and make the breading soggy. The grilled toast is always great. The tenders are hit and miss. Some visit the chicken is dry as if its sat under a warmer ans others xan be fresh. The seasoning on the food has been fair. Biggest issue is hit or miss on the tenders. They are either dry or fresh. And out of my 5 visits 3 have been dry and 2 have been fresh. I'd say average at best. Portion size and quality of food is okay. Fires have always been good. White gravy average. But dry chicken is or Luke warm chicken after waiting 15 min for your order on average is mediocre service.

I have been going to slim chicken since it opened. Always enjoyed the food the service and the atmosphere. Today I went thru the drive thru and ordered a slim wrap only. Should have been simple in and out of there. No one was ahead of me so I order and move up. Young lady takes my card gives it back and I sit there for almost a full 10 mins. So she hands me my food and I pull away. Open it and all I see is lettuce and cheese. It had one PC of chicken chopped up. I parked an went in. The girl from the drive thru came over and I asked for a refund she immediately started laughing and walked away telling me over her should that she was to call her manager. Strange but whatever I was willing to wait. 7 mins later she comes over and does the refund. Im only explaining this in such detail cuz I worked in customer service for about 40 yrs and I hope that her manager and/or supervisor will read this and use it as a teaching moment. I would like to complement the employee that was working the counter cuz she was helping several people by herself while i was waiting(black haired 40ish).
