Went to get my family supper, It was a total waste of money. I’m a general manager myself. The grease was either not filtered, or the fries were held way beyond there hold time or they redropped them to heat them back up. They are cooked well beyond edible. The burger patty was also well over cooked to where it’s super dry and hard to eat. Please don’t serve product that you yourself would not eat bc we are paying $ for shitty product….
Ordered using app, waited at store for 30m to receive cold food. Go to the McDonalds next door instead.

Thank you for offering me the opportunity to escalate this to the franchise owner. However, the number provided was to customer service and I do not have the time to fuss with customer service..
Update: 3-11-25, 10:14 PM. I pulled up and waited to order sat there for a couple minutes, no acknowledgment, one car in a stall, blonde woman came out gave them their food, saw me, went back inside, I waited another minute no answer pulled around to the window. I could see her standing there tapped on the glass she completely ignored me. This is unacceptable and very rude. I come here every night for my regular hot fudge sundae. Very disappointed, here we go again.
3yrs ago I sat at the drive-thru menu for nine minutes waiting to order. I asked if there was a problem with the speakers… I never received any kind of acknowledgment. Nothing. So I pulled up to the window to ask if there was a problem and was told it takes awhile before they can get to the drive-thru, then she closed the window and walked. This store the absolute worst of the worst in the Tulsa valley. FYI- there are two Sonic Drive-ins up the road, one at Hwy 20, the other at 146 St N. Both understand the importance of quality customer service!!

Let’s see, our food came fast, my onion rings looked like a work of art (whoever prepared my cheese onion rings got some OCD going on but it works!)… the food was hot and tasted great 👍

Ordered two drinks on the app at 7:34 and didn't get them until 7:58. Pretty sure it was given to the wrong car because we waited ten minutes after it said the lady was coming out to us. Then when she did start out, she went to the wrong car in front of us. Finally came out and got nothing, no sorry or anything for waiting almost 30 minutes for two medium soft drinks.

The lady at the window was amazing! Happy, interactive, and she made sure everything was correct on our order with a smile. All window workers should take a lesson from her. The food was hot and fresh. This is the best Sonic experience I have had.
