I’ve come to this location numerous times, every single time, I have had an extensive weight. The food does not come out that fresh, and order accuracy is also a problem. Just take a look at the other reviews, there are numerous issues with this location. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other local guides, this location needs a major overhaul. It needs a new store manager who is actually going to hold the employees accountable and keep things operating smoothly. I should not have to wait almost 20 minutes for food.
This will be my last time coming to this location. The 86th St. location In Owasso is slightly better. The staff is also more adequate and friendly. Sure, the wait times that location would be a little high as well, but there is a higher level of consistency and quality that comes out of that location.
Just do yourself a favor, read these reviews, and then make your decision to come here. Not trying to enter business from them, but it is a very sad display every single time.

Colton, their manager on duty, was super kind and helpful. We got our order wrong and didn’t realize til I got home. Called and Colton said he’s replace it and even ran out the doors to hand it to us as we were waiting in drive thru for a while.

Could not get a veterans discount. I asked to speak to a manager, the young lady who came out her name was Brooke, she was very rude and unhelpful. Im a old man and hard of hearing sometimes but I could hear her yelling at me that they didn't have the time for me just fine. Food was good but kind of cold. Would be a better restaurant if you had a better daytime manager.

Grilled cheese bought for my kids had mold. When asked to speak to the manager, a girl came from inside what I’m guessing was another customers car or maybe a friend, I don’t know why their own “manager” was socializing in somebody’s car while supposedly at work, she had what looked like a marijuana joint in her hands! She smelled like marijuana strongly, was very very rude to me in front of my kids, said her name was Brooke? This needs to be addressed immediately. She did nothing to resolve my child almost eating mold. She was borderline yelling at me, clearly intoxicated. Will never go back until this is resolved. Advise nobody else to eat there.

This place will never get our business again. This location is rude, inconsiderate and just lacks all compassion and customer service. Its SONIC. YOU CARHOP FOOD TO CUSTOMERS.
We came through the drive thru paid cash, waited for change and my infant starts crying so I pull up to the carhop across from the window. All while watching the lady at the window watching me. I watch 4 cars from the drive thru come and go. I call to let them know why I pulled out of the line and to let them know I was still waiting and they proceed to tell me they havent had time to carhop our food out to us. They are short staffed so they didnt have a chance to bring our food out. They ask me to come around through the drive thru again since they dont know when they will be able to bring us our food.... its sonic.... thats literally what they are known for doing. Didn't get a receipt and missing some of my order.
$33 for 3 meals and only got 2 of them. I refuse to go back through the drive thru to get the rest of our food and have to deal with these people again.

Don't eat at 116th location in owasso, found a hair a month ago in hamburger and burger today was thrown together messy looked unappetizing. Only good thing was got money back in full. It was disgusting 🫣
Horrible service had to send food back cause it was made wrong when replaced the person had very dirty hands saw dirt under fingernails and was very rude. Food was also poorly made just in general got cheese tots maybe half of the tots had cheese. I don’t recommend coming here if you are going north I would go to the one in collinsville or oolagah.

I am Door Dashing and tots and a Sonic blast took 11 minutes at 10:30pm to produce and deliver to the Sonic patio so I could finally take off to the customer with them. That’s an unexpectedly long time to wait for those 2 items.

ZERO STARS. First and last time here. I ordered two chili cheese footlongs and fries. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, it was nasty. Crusty food and what looked like mold on the window ledge. I peered through the dingy window to see what it looked like inside and it looked like they haven't swept or cleaned in weeks. When the woman handed me my food, her hands looked like she had been rebuilding a transmission in the back, not handling food. I drove home thinking gee, I sure hope I dont get sick. When I opened my food up, the fries looked and tasted like they were cook in three week old oil. The chili on the coneys was black and burnt like maybe it was a few days old. I returned to the store and told her I would not eat this vile food and described what was wrong, including the nasty window legde she was serving food through. I had taken a picture I will share of the window and mess inside. This place is unhealthy and nasty looking, not going to find out about how nasty the food is. DEFINITELY won't be back. Don't they have a health department inspection in this state? Then I came here to leave a review and ALL the reviews are pretty much same as mine. They should just bulldoze this health hazard and rebuild.
