Horrible service had to send food back cause it was made wrong when replaced the person had very dirty hands saw dirt under fingernails and was very rude. Food was also poorly made just in general got cheese tots maybe half of the tots had cheese. I donāt recommend coming here if you are going north I would go to the one in collinsville or oolagah.

I am Door Dashing and tots and a Sonic blast took 11 minutes at 10:30pm to produce and deliver to the Sonic patio so I could finally take off to the customer with them. Thatās an unexpectedly long time to wait for those 2 items.

ZERO STARS. First and last time here. I ordered two chili cheese footlongs and fries. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, it was nasty. Crusty food and what looked like mold on the window ledge. I peered through the dingy window to see what it looked like inside and it looked like they haven't swept or cleaned in weeks. When the woman handed me my food, her hands looked like she had been rebuilding a transmission in the back, not handling food. I drove home thinking gee, I sure hope I dont get sick. When I opened my food up, the fries looked and tasted like they were cook in three week old oil. The chili on the coneys was black and burnt like maybe it was a few days old. I returned to the store and told her I would not eat this vile food and described what was wrong, including the nasty window legde she was serving food through. I had taken a picture I will share of the window and mess inside. This place is unhealthy and nasty looking, not going to find out about how nasty the food is. DEFINITELY won't be back. Don't they have a health department inspection in this state? Then I came here to leave a review and ALL the reviews are pretty much same as mine. They should just bulldoze this health hazard and rebuild.

Went in to order drinks for happy hour got there a tad early at 1:57 ordered two rt 44 and 2 mini slushes and was ended up being charged full price when I mentioned something about it the employee told me that I ordered at 1:57 and there system doesnāt change over until 2 pm. I said okay well how can we fix this she said she would have to cancel to order and make the whole thing all over again for whatever reason which I believe was a lie about remaking the drinks just to get out of doing a little extra work to honor their happy hour special which she refused to do and then since my kids already had there drink I just paid for it but this is unacceptable

I LOVE Sonic, but not this one. I/we have been here a few times before, but wanted to give a chance at redemption. I don't know if they just forgot they were making our order or something. We just seem to ALWAYS have to call them about our order is. The car hops are nice enough, but would like our food hot.
It's been a while since I've had the large Chili Dog, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and took it out of the bag. The hot dog used to hang out of the bun a bit on both ends, and there was never enough chili and cheese or bun for the extra dog. But I was hungry, so I ordered the footlong, but with extra chili. Seems I wasn't the only one that wished they had a longer bun because now it is. The footlong chili dog has a bun to match. I probably didn't need the extra chili, but hey, a little extra can't hurt. Thanks SONIC for making it better. I'll definitely be going back for more. Respectfully, Dil B.

Charged me twice for the same order. When I told them they said they ran on two different machines as one went down while charging my card. They told me my only option was to get with my bank. Was told they cannot do refunds in store - corporate only can (which corporate said was not true). Mike- owner Iām assuming - hung up on me when I told him he can not treat customers this way. Husband tried calling back and they hung up on him when he asked to speak with Mike.

Just picked up lunch today and the food was absolutely disgusting! The burger was poorly put together, barely had mayo, and extremely dry. The chili cheese tator tots barely had chili and the tots tasted like old oil. I have grown up eating sonic and like it but I will not be back to this location and it will be awhile before I can try another location after this awful tasting food.
