Charged me twice for the same order. When I told them they said they ran on two different machines as one went down while charging my card. They told me my only option was to get with my bank. Was told they cannot do refunds in store - corporate only can (which corporate said was not true). Mike- owner I’m assuming - hung up on me when I told him he can not treat customers this way. Husband tried calling back and they hung up on him when he asked to speak with Mike.

Just picked up lunch today and the food was absolutely disgusting! The burger was poorly put together, barely had mayo, and extremely dry. The chili cheese tator tots barely had chili and the tots tasted like old oil. I have grown up eating sonic and like it but I will not be back to this location and it will be awhile before I can try another location after this awful tasting food.

Almost every single time I come to this location I get the worst quality of food and get cheated on the amount of food I'm paying for. I've tried to excuse it thinking maybe it's just the day or the staff of that day or an accident but there shouldn't be more bad experiences than good. When you order an ultimate burrito and it's smaller than a chicken wrap, there's a problem, that's happened twice. When you order 5 chicken strips and get three okay strips and 2 tiny (about 1.5 inches long) burnt hard pieces of breading, not even chicken, that's a problem, this just happened. Those are things that shouldn't be messed up or cheated on. I don't realize until I'm at home or at work about to eat that those things are wrong because those are food items that are simple with no modifications that shouldn't have an issue. Sonic on 116th, give your customers the proper quality and proper amount of food they pay for.

Food was great it only took about 5 minutes to get my food after I ordered.
I stopped here for a quick bite and the food came out pretty quickly. The drive thru was busy and they kept it moving. The employees I interacted with were very friendly.

Absolutely terrible service waited 30 minutes and never brought food out called back to them and they said it went through drive through ans I would have to reorder

Waited 30 minutes for my order and I was the only customer. Ended up canceling my order because of the ridiculously long wait. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Don’t go to this location because you will be waiting a very long time for your order regardless if they are busy or not.

Waited about 15 minutes after pushing the red button and they had said they would be with me shortly after waiting another 15 minutes and seeing the car next to me who had pulled in after i had get their food and being served i had just decided to leave, i try not to leave reviews like this but this had definitely upset me.
