Drove out from south Owasso after an extremely trying day because Google said they were open until 9:30. Get here at 9:00 exactly and while the employees could be seen inside with headsets on, no response to drive through, doors locked. Why? Why post the hours if you won't honor them...?

There are several employees that have worked at this location for a while now. I really enjoy this. It is nice to see familiar faces. They are always friendly and very helpful. The drive thru moves well. I use the mobile app also. Thanks for always being so kind
Arrived at store at 5:38 am store opens at 5:30 am waited at speaker for an amount of time no one responded drove to window no one came to the window honked my horn lady said they are getting a late start and system isn’t up you have 2 jobs show up and make a go decent expensive cup of coffee you failed at the most important one showing up being ready!

I used to come to this Starbucks almost every single morning. It was my favorite location however, now it absolutely sucks. I have tried repeatedly to come over the past two weeks and every single time my drink is made wrong even if it has detailed instructions my food comes half frozen, and the girls are rude. The Store used to have the best employees and now I can’t even get somebody to be nice to me. There’s also absolutely no easy way to submit a complaint about An order. Unless their employee Tina is at the store it’s not worth coming.

I have only EVER loved Frappuccinos. Everywhere I went it was only frozen coffee. I have never like iced coffee at ANY point. My friend gave me a gift card for Starbucks so I decided to try the Iced Starbucks Vanilla Blonde Latte with vanilla sweet cream instead of milk and it has been my favorite ever since. I am addicted to them lol if you’re a super sweet coffee drink try this drink for a lower calorie option than the normal frozen coffee.
