Very friendly staff, insanely incompetent owner.

Made an online order for very standard sandwiches to only get there and be told almost every topping/condiment seems to be out.
They were very apologetic and trying their best to substitute what they didn’t have (which was almost every standard topping.)
They had said the owner decided to go “ghost”
On them today. Which to me is absolutely insane. Maybe do us patrons a favor and either sell the business to someone who’s capable of keeping the store stocked, or do a complete overhaul of management. Not sure who to blame here. Either way, it definitely won’t be the staff who has to deal with this incompetence.

It is Subway. They delivered sufficiently for what the brands represents. I also happen to order as they were training a new staff member and appreciated the helpful collaboration of the staff in supporting the new hire. They also managed to fill keep the line moving efficiently with kindness and calm.

The guy who worked tonight has very poor customer service, the total came out to 13.60, so I gave him 20.60, he then gives me back .60 cents… so I tell him he owes me money he looks at the register then asks me how much does he owe, I tell him he pulls the money out his pocket, gives it to me and says “bye” and walks away.

I went in there today during lunch hour. Line was to the door and all three employees (1 guy 2 girls) were great. Even with the long line, they prepped the food nicely and the wait wasn’t long at all.

Highly understaffed. I put in an order at 11:40 and didn't get my order till 12:30! I placed it online at 11:40 and when I went in at 12:15 they still hadn't made it and said it's cuz they were too busy. So I don't understand why I'm ordering online if I'm just going to have to come in and stand in line anyways. They're putting walking customers party over online. On top of it being highly understaffed it's also highly ridiculous the way they acted when I got mad about my stuff being almost an hour late. Do not recommend this store I wouldn't go there at all food is good but service is crap

I recently traveled thru 7 states, due to diet restrictions we ended up eating a lot of Subway sandwiches. Every Subway was excellent.
The Owasso Subway is the worst I have ever been in. It is very hot in the restaurant, the turkey sandwich had literally two thin slices of turkey...... It was horrible and I will never be back.
I wish I had read reviews before I went there. I assumed all subways were like the ones we ate while traveling.

Spent $540 cash and couldn't get my points on a program they are running. Sad when the owners said they can't help and said it's corporate!!!!!! I didn't give my cash to corporate I gave my money to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad Business..... Very Sad... Worse experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strongly recommend not going here. I have placed uber orders from here multiple times but they seem to frequently run out of meatballs. This is not the primary issue. This last time they had no meatballs on my Uber order. They asked if I'd like to substitute and I said no. They hadn't canceled the order and some time had gone by so I called the store. Come to find out, employees are trained they cannot cancel the order, the customer has to. This means of you cancel you only receive about a 50% refund and they still keep half your money for not providing a product. If the owner feels this is ok then I become concerned about what other corners are being cut. I'm going to get couple day old bread? Slightly expired meat or cheeses? If you're willing to steal, you're willing to sacrafice people's safety.

I ordered a foot-long cold ham sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, bell peppers, ranch mustard well too much mustard hardly no ranch didn’t even felt like they put ranch on it and I had wheat for bread, but they toasted it so it was extra extra hard and extra dry also I asked for pickles only had one on the whole sandwich very very disappointed I ordered this for lunch break two hours ahead of my lunch break while I was at work very disappointed Not worth the money
