Good food, but service was very slow.
Tables, chairs, and floor were dirty with lots of pieces of partially eaten food lying around.
Dietary restrictions: Wide selection of vegtables, breads, and meats.
Kid-friendliness: Ok for k8ds.

made my sandwich horribly, even did it through the app and it only had 4 ingredients and there was practically crumbs for each of them waste of 10$

I went earlier today at 1 PM, and it was great. Smelt great, too. Food was quick and workers were nice. I measured the size of the food, and they don't lie. 6-inch subs are 6 inches. Footlong pretzels, are a foot long. Sandwich was amazing, and so was the pretzel. 5 stars.

Like others I have had the same experience with this subway. When I went on 8/16 two young kids were running the store. As soon as we walk in one of them says “you here for a mobile order”. I told him no and his other coworker replied and said “okay well it will be a while before we can get to you because we have a lot of online orders,” I asked how long, he replied 5 minutes. I was fine waiting for that but it just came off so hard.
While waiting we were sitting down since it was gonna be 5 minutes I didn’t want to stand over them. While they were wrapping up their online orders a lady walks in and goes straight to the counter and they begin to assist here completely disregarding us. I’m not gonna be the one to get into a confrontation over whose first or not because the employee could of simply said “let me talk care of them real quick as they were already waiting, then we will be with you” instead they left me and the other customer in an awkward situation.
Once we were able to get our food the worker was nice and seemed a bit empathetic after realizing. An online order walks in and they ask the same “you here for an online order” instead of a proper greeting. They offer to give them a free drink since they have to wait for it to be made, at that point he then said you guys can have one too. Which almost infuriated me as if he is gonna offer drinks he just offers it to the online orders who wait little to no time.
My key take aways from this subway is it’s unprofessionally ran. No real management on duty especially at 9PM, just teenagers. They care way more about online orders than actual in store customers which is mind boggling. The only thing keeping it open is the food is consistent, at least in my opinion.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. Food was barely made correct and customer service is terrible. No sauces. No seasoning and wasn’t even toasted after I asked for it. Paying $20 for a half done sandwiches is crazy. When I called and said something the woman on the phone just said “sorry about that baby” and that was it.
This is quite possibly the worst Subway franchise I’ve been too, and it’s awful that it’s here in Owasso. I’ve tried it many times and consistently the food and service has been terrible. I ordered takeout for 2 sandwiches. One of them had 3/12 things it should’ve had. I have no problem if things are out, but there was no communication on any of it. I get home and found out that it was basically lettuce, and cheese. I call up there and the lady on the phone was hateful. I highly recommend that you do NOT go to this Subway location at all.

I walked into this Subway and was hit with a horrible smell. The employees weren’t rude but had lack of customer service. I got an Auntie Annes pretzel and asked for cheese with it. It took them about a minute to find the cheese and then serves it ice cold to go with my hot pretzel. The cheese itself is gross. I threw it out. Bad overall experience. It smelled like a garbage truck in there. I haven’t had Subway in a long time and it will be a long time before I have it again. There is too much competition to have a store ran that way.

Worst subway ever. Wish I would have read the reviews first. I did online ordering to speed up my lunch break, and that was a waste of time. Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins before I finally got irritated and went inside. Stood there for another 5 mins and had to just interrupt the worker to get my order. Mind you, there was 1 person in the drive thru and 3 inside, so they weren't busy. I worked at Subway for 5 years, so I know how it's supposed to operated and this isn't anywhere close to operating correctly! After getting back to my job site with my order it so completely wrong. Wasn't toasted had veggies I didn't ask for. The dressing wasn't right. So there was over $10 in the trash just went to another place to order more food. Something clearly needs to be done with this locations staff. I will never return to this location!! They don't even deserve 1 start!

This new manager needs to go and so do the staff. This place used to be my go to but idk why but lately every time I order something the bread is wrong. I mean it's either not cooked properly or isn't left enough to rise properly. It comes looking pale and super thin.When I try to call and talk about it, no one ever picks up the phone. I just don't recommend going here anymore. This was my last time going here. Will try again in the future and hopefully it gets better. The bread just looks gross. As far as taste it's ok but just not the bread texture and fluffiness you expect.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. The last 2 times I've placed mobile orders, I'm still having to wait an additional 15-20 minutes beyond when the order is supposed to be ready. Not to mention, they've messed up our last 2 orders to the point we won't be back to this location. Sandwiches are never toasted when they're supposed to be, always missing toppings, either not enough condiments, or too much to the point the sandwich is dripping & soggy before I can even make it 3 minutes up the road to my home. Pretty disappointing as it wants you to of course leave a tip when ordering, before you can even look at your poorly made sandwich. Will definitely not be back to this location.
