I went into the store around 8:30 this evening, no one else in the store and two cars in the drive through. Erin was working her butt off trying to complete the drive through order, online orders, and me. While her coworker (not wearing name tag) walked around the store acting like she was looking for something that wasn’t there. She then disappeared from the floor and refused to help Erin. Didn’t even ask if she could help in any way when she saw her struggling and customers waiting. When she finally came back she stood there acting like she didn’t know how to do her job. Completely unhelpful. However, Erin was amazing, kind, and polite no matter what.

This star goes to the only employee there today. She was all by herself with no help. I went during lunch hour and she rocked it. I felt bad for her because she there was no help to be there. If Subway doesn’t care about their employees they should shut down this girl deserves a raise.

Supposed Manager blamed me for ordering a sandwich that they didn't have ingredients prepared for. Like it was my fault and the morning crews fault that there weren't any meatballs ready. So she didn't take stock of sandwiche fixings when she came on shift. She was Rude from the start of the encounter. Will never go there again.

Our subs were incorrectly labeled so we got each other's instead of getting the ones we ordered for ourselves. Baby highchairs were sticky and belts were broken. Staff was kind but nothing super exceptional stood out. They just need to pay attention about properly labeling subs.

Been here several times. Not once have I not been in the drive thru for any less than 25 mins. Store always seems understaffed and today they didn't even put dressing on my sandwich or warm up the grilled chicken. Idk who the owner is but this is a pretty sad operation. No hate on the workers though - it's obvious the owners are responsible for how bad this store is.

Manager tried to press charges against autistic kid over a water cup.

The manager is more concerned about someone taking a free water cup (or .50) than about the cleanliness of the resturaunt. I am not sure how this company passes the health inspection. It is gross! Also the manager called the cops on my autistic son who frequently stops by after work for taking a water cup. Yes you read that correctly. When they decided to kick him out for no reason he pulled up the corporate website and policy in which they called the cops. The officer also agreed that this was extremely minor- yet they wanted full charges brought on a 15 year old. I wish they cared more about their store, quality of food and culture than the ego of the manager.

Never dealt with clueless employees like this in my entire life. Placed a mobile order, came in 40 minutes before to let them know because it was cookies, I leave and then arrive closer to the time. They can’t find the order and then find it but don’t have enough cookies, (almost like that’s the WHOLE POINT of a mobile order). I was upset because I had to wait longer than my pickup time and the employee NICK told me “you should call the store before you come in next time so it’s ready”. I literally was in disbelief because I came in 40 minutes early and placed a mobile order, I had no words to say because he couldn’t comprehend the idea of a mobile order. The woman manager was talking bad behind the wall and never joined the conversation. I could hear her talking badly but she didn’t have anything to say when I called her out, do better and hire competent employees.

Just do not bother. I loved this location at one time but the last few times has been disappointing to say the least. Firehouse down the road has my business from now on and I will encourage anyone I can to avoid this place.

Good food, but service was very slow.
Tables, chairs, and floor were dirty with lots of pieces of partially eaten food lying around.

Dietary restrictions: Wide selection of vegtables, breads, and meats.

Kid-friendliness: Ok for k8ds.
