Sugar Llamas - Mini Donuts Coffee and Ice Cream

I visited Sugar Llama Donut Shop yesterday and had a frustrating experience. When I arrived without ordering online, I was informed I would have to wait 45 minutes for my order, which was disappointing but understandable given the circumstances.
Hoping to have a better experience today, I placed an online order expecting it to be ready by 8:20. However, I arrived at 8:30 only to find out that they hadn’t even started on my order yet! I was left waiting with no idea when, or even if, I would finally receive my food.
This was my first attempt to try their offerings, and unfortunately, I still don’t even know if their donuts are good. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. Customer service and timely orders should be priorities for any establishment; sadly, Sugar Llama has missed the mark.

Confused why they are closed at 8:45 on a Friday night when their Google maps listing says 930. Disappointed family.

Manager is super sweet. Doughnuts ? and ice ? are delicious ?

I have never been so impressed with customer service as I've been with the owner of this location! There was a slight issue when placing an order a few weeks ago and although it was a holiday, Dustin went out of his way to give me a call within minutes and has been so helpful ever since while wrapping up the problem I had.

It's evident this location takes pride in their work and retaining their customers!

First time at Sugar Llamas and it delicious! Loved the mini donuts and how many flavor options there were for them.

Ps. Sorry to the employees that our group showed up 30 minutes before close. We appreciate the quick service! (Don't worry, we cleared out as quickly as we could)

Have ordered these delicious mini-donuts many times for different events. Recently tried to ice cream. It was OK (and probably better than average) but I think I love the mini-donuts more. They're on our dessert place rotation now.

Everything about this place is so good! The make their mini donuts fresh right in front of you and out whatever toppings you want in it. Their coffee is also super delicious. I get their donuts on special occasions and my family ALWAYS loves them

My 1st time been to sugar llamas and the staff was very helpful and respectful. I really loved that there atmosphere was nice and very clean. I enjoyed the cookies and cream and s'more flavors. And there Maple and bacon was pretty good too.
