For the last 5 years we have lived in Owasso every single time we have ordered food they have screwed up our order. This is completely unacceptable. I understand that it happens from time to time but everytime is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I will be contacting corporate after this last time. If you get food from here make sure you check your order!

Im not sure they actually train people or they just have no common sense!? If you have a order for a Mexican pizza you DON'T put it sideways inside the bag! Now the entire pizza is on top of everything else in the bag toppings stuck to all the napkins & basically wasted the entire thing! Geez are we so stuck trying to save a buck that u can't put it in a bag that it fits in!?

This morning Driving to OKC, I had an urge for breakfast Burrito. Checked their timing on Google and it said they’d open 8am to 4am Sat. Checked on Taco Bell App also and I got here to find out on the door it says they’d open 8am open at 9am. Place was dead at 8am with empty parking lot and no employees. Owners and Managers don’t even have a time and courtesy to update their information online. I guess this location is the worse Taco Bell I’ve came across in last 40 years from west coast to East Coast. Horrible
The food is good but they have forgotten items in the drive through for me two times now and it's irritating. Please do Better with making sure all the items are in the bag and if the customer needs sauces

I ordered in the drive-thru. Employee was friendly, but had to wait longer than expected for my order, but it wasn't too long. However, my beefy 5 layer burrito was made with dried out beans, and my crunchwrap supreme had a huge piece of lettuce stalk that had black and brown on it. I wish I had a photo. It was gross.
