3 trips it took to get the order right. Kept on having missing items. Get home to have cracked tacos with hardly anything inside. Won't answer phone. Workers need bigger/ longer shirts.

Not sure who’s on night shift but my steak quesadilla was so disappointing. 1/3 of the quesadilla just had cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted, just shredded. I’m not sure if they used the wrong tortilla but I’ve never had such a small steak quesadilla from taco bell before, it was almost 2x as small than other locations. Definitely won’t be coming back

For the last 5 years we have lived in Owasso every single time we have ordered food they have screwed up our order. This is completely unacceptable. I understand that it happens from time to time but everytime is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I will be contacting corporate after this last time. If you get food from here make sure you check your order!
