Im not sure they actually train people or they just have no common sense!? If you have a order for a Mexican pizza you DON'T put it sideways inside the bag! Now the entire pizza is on top of everything else in the bag toppings stuck to all the napkins & basically wasted the entire thing! Geez are we so stuck trying to save a buck that u can't put it in a bag that it fits in!?

This morning Driving to OKC, I had an urge for breakfast Burrito. Checked their timing on Google and it said they’d open 8am to 4am Sat. Checked on Taco Bell App also and I got here to find out on the door it says they’d open 8am open at 9am. Place was dead at 8am with empty parking lot and no employees. Owners and Managers don’t even have a time and courtesy to update their information online. I guess this location is the worse Taco Bell I’ve came across in last 40 years from west coast to East Coast. Horrible
The food is good but they have forgotten items in the drive through for me two times now and it's irritating. Please do Better with making sure all the items are in the bag and if the customer needs sauces

I ordered in the drive-thru. Employee was friendly, but had to wait longer than expected for my order, but it wasn't too long. However, my beefy 5 layer burrito was made with dried out beans, and my crunchwrap supreme had a huge piece of lettuce stalk that had black and brown on it. I wish I had a photo. It was gross.

Always our go to when we want something quick and fast. The crew and the team is fast and clean.
The management here needs to teach their crew how to clean a bathroom. The toilet was filthy with brown spots all on the inside of the bowl. The tables were dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a long while. I have attached pictures of the nacho cheese sauce, it is visibly not full. My partner ordered a double beef burrito, but he received a double rice burrito. I ordered sour cream on my burrito and it came lumped onto one side of it. In fact the burrito's ingredients were so segregated that it reminded me of the United States before the civil Rights movement. I was also shorted on my avocado sauce packets that were supposed to come with my meal. The service and atmosphere were incredibly unimpressive, especially considering how much these food items cost now. I don't recommend this Taco Bell. I understand that Taco Bell does not pay their frontline employees enough for them to care, but the company has the money to do so with the high prices they are charging. Taco Bell, do better.
