Ordered Taco Bell through door dash and found a screw inside my dorito loco taco . I don’t know how this got in here or how it did but this is uncalled for and they need to be more careful.

Do not use this Taco Bell for door dash. They never give the correct amount of food.

We went through the drive through. Ordered 50.00 in food. The bag came out completely torn, we asked for another bag and they sent out a paper bag that’s smaller than the torn one. When I say torn the entire side is split. Very poor service. I took photos that I can’t get to upload but this is ridiculous

The workers rushed us so hard at the drive through and were rude. Our food was soggy, stale and barely warm. The fried chicken in the taco was 2 inches big… that’s insane, like at least put a normal size piece.

Employees are always quick to help, and the feedback system for online orders always makes things correct if you need to report a missing item or issue.

Have to log on to kiosk to order food, small mistakes take you back to start over...took for ever to get order made and paid for ! Then took forever to get food and drink cup. Just another place where they want you to do their jobs at ordering . Next you'll be cooking your own fast food to save them more money on payroll...

We walked in today and, surprise, nobody was at the front counter. No big deal, we figured we’d just order at the kiosk. Not a single employee greeted us, acknowledged us, or acted like we even existed. Whatever, we’ve come to expect the lack of hospitality at this particular store.

After placing our order, I stood at the counter waiting for the drink cups I just paid for so I could get my drink while my food was being made. I could see a group of your employees in the back, clearly busy, but several of them made eye contact with me and chose to ignore me. Not one word. Not even a “hey, we’ll be right with you.” Just blank stares and zero effort.

That’s an interesting tactic, really. I run a parts and service department at a large dealership nearby, and I cannot imagine a world where my employees make eye contact with a customer and don’t say a single thing. That’s not just bad service — it’s blatant disrespect.

Eventually, I gave up and sat down to wait for my food. Sure enough, my name was called, my food was tossed on the counter, and again — no drink cups. I asked the young man who dropped the food for the cups. He handed me one of the two cups I paid for and then walked off before I could say anything else.

At this point, I waved down another employee — a guy with greasy hair and a dirty mustache — and asked him for the second cup. He didn’t say a word, just rolled his eyes, grabbed a cup, and plopped it on the counter like I was a major inconvenience to his very important job of standing around.

This kind of experience has unfortunately become the norm at this location, but today’s visit was one of the worst. If you aren’t going to have someone working the register, fine. But the rest of the crew should be trained to step up and treat paying customers like humans. This was ridiculous.

Not looking for a coupon or a canned apology — just hoping someone reads this and realizes how low the bar has gotten.
