Whoever this guy is working the window has been utterly rude the last 2 times I have been. Everytime you try to ask a question he gives you a look and slams the window. He doesn’t talk except for saying the price and slams the window the rest of the time. Very rude and hateful.

This place is ridiculously slow its 11:30 lunch time and the place cant even run there drive through correctly ive been waiting over ten minutes and no one is taking orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

the wait times are insane. The food is not bad but you have to ask for 2-3x the amount of salsa you want. Everytime i have come through the drive thru and ordered salsa, the 2 oz serving cup is basically empty. Today one of the cups did not have enough salsa in it to cover the bottom of the cup. When i came inside to fill the cups myself they watched and laughed. The Taco Bueno on 116th is amazing and i will no longer be going to this one.

Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru for order. Lacked plasticware with order. Service wasn't best and not overly friendly. Taco shells stale, but everything else was good. Decent value overall. Sign was unlit making it difficult to see

Tried to go twice over the last few days, multiple cars waiting to order. One will move forward, then we wait another 4-5 minutes before someone else can go. Total of four cars drove away, me included. I’m almost certain they’re gaming their times, because it doesn’t count against their window times if the car is sitting at the menu board. It’s embarrassing, hopefully the GM sees this. If it helps, me and the other cars left around 1:00 PM on 13th Oct 2025.

Shout out for pleasant, hard-working Johnathon! Taco Beuno is resonable for the value & quality. Unfortunately, you'll wait awhile with always being short staffed.
Bad customer service, they forgot part of our food, would not let us come inside to get it and would not answer the phone. We had to wait in the drive thru for 15 mins after waiting 25 mins before that.

Every single time i come here during the week the meat does NOT GET DRAINED! I love me some taco bueno but not soaked in grease. My tacos are completely saturated and soggy by the time i get home and i live less than 4 minutes away.
