So today 8/19/25 After picking up my kids from school, I stopped here to get a little bit of food. I ordered through the drive-through waited 20 minutes. I didn’t have my food. I went in and told them I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and I would like my food Nobody was doing anything everybody was just standing around. The guy behind the Counter told me that they would make it right away. I waited for another 10 minutes still no food I went in and still everybody was standing around not doing a thing. I got my money back and left. I will not be going back.

I had one of the worst experiences at this location today. I waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru with only one vehicle ahead of me, even though they didn’t seem to order much. My burrito took 10 minutes to make at 2:47 p.m., which I could have overlooked, but the customer service was unacceptable.

Linda told me they were out of cilantro and that I’d have to come inside to get it from the toppings bar, even though I was in the Drive-Thru. When she finally brought it out, it was black, moldy, and room temperature. On top of that, Natalia’s attitude was completely uncalled for and rude.

The food quality and disrespect I experienced make it clear I won’t be returning to this location.

It is 130 in the afternoon. They have the lobby closed. They have done this several times. I do not understand why they have several people trying to go in to eat. The doors on both sides are locked and people go to the drive in to ask for the door to be opened and they turn them away. Whoever owns this store may want to rethink their management and staff structure as it is obvious paying customers are not priority at this location.

I sat in line for over 45 minutes before I could even remotely order my food! Then I sat for another 10 minutes waiting for my food at the drive-in window. What is the problem! There was no one inside eating.

This place sure has turned around. So happy to have had a very bueno taco experience, again! 3rd time back. Props to the mangement. Thank you Erica and I didn't get the name of the young man fixing our food, but they deserve a raise. No, seriously, good help is hard to find. Keep them.

Went through the drive thru last night. No one was answering the speaker to order from. Drove around to the pickup window, which was open and kept waiting. Finally had to yell for someone and the young man who was wearing the speaker and head phones finally came to the window. I asked politely if he knew the speaker in the back wasn't working. He snidely informed me that I needed to be more patient. Management needs to address this issue. The attitudes from employees are ridiculous.

This location nailed our order to the tee, hot and fresh!
Only improvement I would encourage is to tell the Young Lady to Speak Up.
She took our order, then met us at the window during the 12 noon-1 pm lunchtime rush.
We could not hear her at the box, nor at the window initially.
We could barely hear her when we asked her to repeat.

Out of beef at 9:00 pm? Come on. I ordered a chicken BOB and chicken quesadilla. The drive thru guy threw them at me and didn’t say a word. He forgot my hot sauce too. Food is lame and small for $14! What happened to Bueno? It used to be so awesome! The Claremore location is terrible also.
