Ordered some chicken potato burritos were horribly prepared for the last two visits. I know it's Taco Bueno and I shouldn't expect for the employees to take pride in their work. Going to try the one down the street.

If I could give all of it no stars I would but to start it off, they need new management to take over this bueno and clean it up. The drive thur sign has peices missing off of it so you cant read the whole menu, the 2nd drive thur speaker hasnt worked in a while and then they are SO SO slow and apparently don't get orders correct and they make their food so sloppy. I went through the drive thur this evening and orders my husband the beef wholotta platter without guacamole on it and whenever I got it home to him it wasn't the wholotta platter it was the chilada platter with only 1 chilada and it was very sloppy and nasty looking. Won't be going back ti this bueno!

I haven’t been to this location (or any other Taco Bueno location) for at least 5 years. I used to come roughly once a month, but they eventually got to a point where they would be out of beans, rice, and chicken any time I would stop by. After hearing about the health code violations and how filthy it was inside, I decided to stop giving TB any further chances.
I live two minutes from this location. After 5+ years not coming, I randomly decided tonight to give it another shot. I went through the drive thru and ordered a bean burrito with sour cream, a chicken and potato burrito, and a small side of queso. My total was $9 😳. When I got my food, it wasn’t even luke warm. It was actually cold. There were random pieces of lettuce inside of my bean burrito, which makes no sense. Additionally, I’m usually not one to judge appearances, but the person working the window looked like he had not showered in a week or more. He had long, messy hair that wasn’t pulled back or in a hair net.
It was yet another disappointing experience, and I have no idea why I gave them another shot. I guess I assumed they must be doing better, otherwise the health department would have shut them down by now.
Obviously not.
This location just needs to be shut down for good. Do not eat here. Do not waste your money.

Maybe it depends on time of day but I did not experience anything like the negative reviews I read on here. Our food was hot, fresh, and good! They gave us plenty of salsa and napkins. I loved it.

This location has really turned around. The last four or five times I’ve came over the past year. They have always been really good.

Taco Bueno is one of my favorite fast food places. Unfortunately this location appears be past due for either a complete overhaul of shut down. Extremely slow service. Completely out of forks and employee just shrugged and said use a spoon. They told their manager but she did not listed was the exact quote. Lobby was filthy and the salsa on the salsa bar was rancid.
