Ghost kitchen ran out of IHOP. Tenders are ok, I guess. I feel bad for restaurants that do this, I bet it overworks their kitchen staff trying to keep up with the actual restaurants orders and the ghost kitchen.One star mainly because the food wasn’t great.

This place doesn't exist. None of them I have seen across Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma seem to actually be there.
