We come here every so often, normally I always get the Trio and never upsets. My husband gets his Sam was usual too. But over the weekend we decided to try something different and it did not disappoint. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
I don't know why I don't remember Uncle Paco's more often. I met a friend here for lunch and the lunch menu is pretty large. I went with the "one entrée/2 sides" option with a chicken quesadilla with guac and the Mexican mashed potatoes. (I was so intrigued I had to try them.)
The quesadilla was one tortilla folded over but was stuffed full of shredded chicken. The side of guac was perfect. And, as for those mashed potatoes? OMG. Think...

Great food and the service was awesome we will be back . Close to Sam's club and all the shopping.
