Food hot and fresh service terrible. You can hear the guy rolling his eyes through the speaker and once you get to the drive-thru window you can see him rolling his eyes at the people as he's taking orders. Makes you feel unwelcome and like you are wasting his time.

Probably the worst restaurant i have ever been too. The first time i used a mobile order to be fast they claimed they couldn't find my order and i had to sit for almost a hour to get it. On a none busy day. Today i tired to place an order and the store wouldn't accept it. I went there to find out why and there was 3 cars in the drive through and the lobby was closed. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant should be sold to someone who cares

Placed a mobile order in the app 15 minutes before I showed up to pick it up. It still wasn’t ready when I got there and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for 2 combo meals. This place is always slow and understaffed.

I want to say that the food here is good for a Wendy's. However, I've eaten here the past two days and both days that have gotten my order wrong. Both were in the mobile app, and my sandwiches were customized. They apparently don't look at that when making your order. So be aware to check your bag before leaving the drive thru. I usually do, I did yesterday and had to go in and get them to fix it. But I didn't today, so I'm stuck with it.

For one the service was garbage, i ordered a meal so simple a regular human being can’t mess up, a jr bacon cheeseburger with lettuce only, a junior fries and a cookie, and wasted $7 on a cookie no fries and a burger that was made completely wrong.

We chose this location as our food stop for a roadtrip. The first thing the lady says is that they don’t have a chocolate frosty right now. Ok not a big deal. We then order our food and have to wait over ten minutes. We got our food and it was cold. We were also not given any napkins or straws. I had to go back into the restaurant and ask and they didn’t even apologize. I have never had such a poor experience at any Wendy’s in the entire country. I could have chose somewhere else to go but wasted my time here. I have contacted home office.
