This was my first time going out with my nephew and we went to Wendy’s for lunch and the staff was talking the Weirdest and most disrespectful this to each other and made me uncomfortable especially with him they were talking about there buts and ect the only thing good about this place is the food and the manager she’s amazing

I went through the drive thru. The lady who took our order was very friendly and nice. The problem is they got my order wrong. I ordered a hamburger with mustard, pickles. That was all. When I got home my hamburger had cheese on it. I am allergic to cheese. To be clear I'm not lactose intolerant. I am ALLERGIC. Like people are to nuts & fish. I have an epi pin. And to answer anyone's question no you can not just simply scrap or wipe it off. It's very frustrating...

The young man at the counter this afternoon has no idea how much his smile touched my heart today. In a world full of negative this young man was a beam of light. He was probably the kindest person I've ever dealt with in fast food. And for this reason I will be back to this location.
