I came through the drive-through between the hours of 1 AM-3AM there was an African American girl who was completely rude and hateful! She was mocking me with another African girl she forgot to turn her headset off at the speaker. I have never felt so disrespected at an establishment this isn’t the first time either. I came through a month or so ago and she was wearing an Orange shirt and was hateful then too and rolling her eyes when I asked for some ketchup. Today she was in a blue shirt and her hat said she was a TRAINER!! I could not believe someone as rude as her and lacking in customer service is someone who trains other future employees at your establishment . She was saying how “she did not care if spoke with a manager it’s not that deep”... And you guys have her representing your company. I’m pretty sure her name tag said Jackie or Jackson? She had the most awful Customer Service. I have ever experienced at this Whataburger I don’t normally come in at the time that I did today I normally come in for lunch. And every time I have, I’ve been greeted with kindness. There’s one girl who works the drive-through sometimes who has a very sweet voice she is always kind and she speaks clearly and loudly instead of mumbling into the speaker like most of your order takers. I believe she wears an orange hat as well. And there’s another African girl whose there in the mornings working drive thru with either a girl really short with long dark hair or the girl in the orange hat with red hair these 3 are amazing in customer service. I will be taking my complaint higher up as this isn’t the first time this girl has been completely out of line not just with me but I can see other reviews about her too calling people the N-Word! LIKE WHY IS SHE STILL EMPLOYED WITH YOUR COMPANY!!!??

I came in today 8/17/2025 around 12pm so lunch time… Shelby was so sweet, kind, and informative! I ordered the new bacon Wrangler and she immediately asked me if I’d like to try it with pepper Jack cheese as it’s her favorite way to eat it! BOY WAS SHE RIGHT!! it was so delicious! Everytime I’ve come in she greets me(Literally never greeted at the door until she came along been coming here at least 2-3 a month, shes sweet, very respectful and she doesn’t seem to panic or get frustrated when things start getting hectic! I have DoorDashed from this Whataburger before and not only did Shelby have a lobby full of people, a line of people trying to order, on top of dealing with DoorDash‘s and she completely held her composure, crazy because I don’t think I could even stay straight-minded like that!. If she was overwhelmed, you couldn’t tell I even complimented her myself and told her you are doing a very good job most other people would’ve already walked out or freaked out in that situation! Not her! She handled it so well I was shocked! So glad she’s now wearing a trainer hat and teaching your employees proper, professional customer service this location has been lacking it for some time!! Glad to see there’s a new manager who is finally hiring good people for this location! There’s still a few here that have a strong lack of customer service skills, and who are always rude, in a bad mood, and/Hateful towards customers. She really is a trooper! I get so disappointed when she’s not on front counter! And I am always so pleased to see her smiling face! Her smile is contagious for sure and she should always be front and center to welcome people in with her infectious smile! I have never had an unpleasant experience with her and I’ve never seen anyone else have one either! I’ll definitely come back as long as she’s there! Thank you for your awesome service. I will be returning just to hold a conversation with Shelby! Shes one of a kind for sure!

This has got to be the slowest fast food resturant in town. No Drive time management. No customer service. This place is ridiculously bad. 30 minutes to pick up an app order. This place needs better ownership/management. Gives whataburger a bad name. This place is terrible.

We had an issue with the app and delivery. We spoke with Matt, known as the 'App Guy' and he was professional, courtesy, helpful and above all kind.
Whataburger would be wise to hang on to this gentleman and pay him whatever he requests. He represents the business well and we will be a repeat customer. Thanks again Matt for your help.

Waited 18 minutes for 1 junior hamburger and they didn’t even put lettuce or tomatoes on it I’ve also had to wait over 5 minutes after putting an online order in multiple other times, food is never hot always cold or slightly warm.

They are always so sweet. I just dropped all my fries on the floor of my car and the manager just gave me free fries. My heart, thank you guys!!

Sunday, February 9 @3:30am, going through drive thru, terrible attitude at the talk box. Told us it would be an extra 10 minute wait for chicken sandwich. And were also out of something else, felt like they didn’t want to make anything. Usually amazing service earlier in the night, if you don’t wanna work this late then don’t 😭
