2 times ive orderd online and 1st time i asked for no mustard on my burger, yet the top bun had mustard ontop?? Then ordered breakfast and they forgot the one of 2 things. My hashbrowns, this location is extremely unreliable.

This place is terrible at night, line is always super long and very slow. Expect to be in line for 30+ minutes if the line is at the entrance. Literally dread having to come here but unfortunately it's one of the only places open in Owasso late at night.
Edit: Check your order at this Whataburger. Nothing worse than getting home to find out they made your order wrong and forgot your extra sauces you paid for. This is a constant issue at this location

December 2022: Has gone downhill over the years. The service is slow, the food no longer feels like it's good enough to justify the much higher prices, and they usually always forget something.
December 2025: Manager who took my order was pretty rude and acted annoyed by me being there. Took forever to get my food. Got food poisoning. Lobby was disgusting. And they didn't have change at all. Im done going here

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered, The first time I ordered on DoorDash and didn’t even receive half my order I was lucky enough to get a refund on some of it. The 2nd time I came into Whataburger I ordered 4 meals for my family and didn’t even receive any of the fries that came with them.
I LOVE WHATABURGER! Great food, great service, for good prices, from excellent people. My favorite is the alvacado bacon burger. It is scrumptious! The flavors are awesome!
