We just wanted malts. Nothing else. Placed our order and waited in "drive thru" line about 10 minutes to be told at the window, "We're sorry, but our shake machine broke down right after you ordered." Our wait was, in my opinion, very unnecessary. I feel someone could have came out and told us or something since that was the ONLY thing we ordered. I was not impressed.

Went up there they were out of alot even drink holders and found hair in my hamburger nastyyy and when I called the lady told me to bring the item back with the hair to replace my food like wth.. why would anyone keep hair to take back up there I felt she thought I was making it up very unprofessional never going backParking: Two care lanes for waiting not ordering

Whataburger burgers are always very good. I got the one with jalapeños and it was very tasty ?
They take for everything for every delivery or order never go get if you are wanting a quick meal
Nothing special unless you like a long wait for a meh burger and cold soggy fries. Won't return anytime soon.
