I ordered the 6 PC combo, through Door Dash and when I opened the bag, there was no side of fries. It was my first time trying this restaurant, and this first impression was horrible.

Me and my friends ordered some food here and as we ordered it looked like the lady taking our order didn’t know what she was doing because she kept going to the back to ask a man ON THE PHONE the entire time what she needs to do. He comes and helps her out still talking on the phone to what it sounded non related to work or an emergency call. The lady messed up every single one of me and my friend’s orders (4 of us). They gave us someone else’s order, missed something i ordered, and gave us bone in when we requested boneless TWICE, and had the audacity to have an attitude with us. On top of a long wait, with only 2 other people here.

I’ve been coming to this location for years! And everytime I tell myself I’m never coming back! But I love wingstop and this is the closest location so I keep giving them a try! This location is a joke, you order ahead of time just for them to not start your food until 10 minutes AFTER your pick up time! The food is always soggy and undercooked even though I hit the extra cook time option! There is only one older lady that seems to know what they’re doing! All the cooks and the younger female infront didn’t even address people walking in and left me standing without acknowledgment for 5 minutes! If wouldn’t have prepaid I would have just left!

Moved closer to owasso an I’ve loved Wingstop for years so I’ve ordered here several times times now here are my complaints. 1.eta it tells you on the app is always wrong I’ve waited 40 minutes past my wait times once an 25 plus every other time. 2. I get my food finally a they say it’s fresh the chicken yes it is but fries are soggy ash every time. Idk what’s up with the fast food industry but it’s hard to find any good food places anymore.

The manager Jason was completely rude. I placed an extremely large order to cater a school event and they forgot all of the veggies. I was irritated and called the restaurant, an employee tried to make it right by giving me a $15 credit. Yes the veggies were not worth &15 but the inconvenience was and it’s a typical customer service move to give more than the value of a food item to make it right. The “manager” called me to tell me he was canceling the credit, laughed at me when I was completely surprised and thought it unprofessional to call me back and take it back when admitting they messed up, and then hung up on me once I complained. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone at any restaurant.

If I could choose a lower rating, I definitely would. I usually order an 8-piece with 2 large fries, but lately, the staff just doesn’t seem to get it. When I ask for my wings, well done, and all flats, I expect them to be exactly that. Instead, I frequently receive soggy Food, and when I request them crispy, they misinterpret my request as asking for them to be soaked in oil. It's frustrating because I’m clear about what I want, yet it consistently falls short of my expectations.

Absolutely gross. Drink machine was splattered, counters covered in trash. We came home with an entire box filled with wings because no one ate them.

Ordered a 20 boneless wing bundle and large corn on the Wingstop app. I arrived to the store at the the time the order was expected to be completed. I waited over 15 minutes past the expected completion time. I got my order took it home and opened it to find my large order of corn was not in the bag. Called the store, the employee that answered said that they ran out of corn, but didn’t let me know that at pick up. Couldn’t provide a refund because no manager was on duty and none of the employees knew how to do a refund. Told me to come in another day to get a refund. Besides the fact that they have employees using their phones while preparing food. (That definitely violates health codes) How is this business ran so poorly?

I usually never have an issue with the food but today I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my wings. I placed an online order to pick up and I live 30+ mins away so when I got home I was super excited to eat my food but was met with overcooked wings that BARELY had any seasoning on them😔 I love me some wingstop and have never had this issue before either so hopefully it won’t happen again!
