I would have loved to have given them 5 stars but the fries were brown, like overdone or the oil was dirty and they were way too salty, like burn your tongue too salty. The signature sauce was good.

Worst experience I have ever had from here. I go here 2-3 times a week, I work down the street. Went into the lobby at 7:54pm and I stand there over 15 minutes waiting while the drive thru is being taken care of. Didn’t know I had to go through the drive thru to get taken care of. The lady finally gets to me, takes my order then while I hand her my money, she hands it back to take an order at the drive thru. Won’t support this place if all they care about is there stupid times. Customers in the lobby are important to. Ridiculous!

Stand in line to order and watch tacos repeat on the menu screen, just to be told they discontinued them. I really wanted them. Fix your screen!

The manger here I think her name is Kaitlyn. She made my whole experience bad she was rude had an attitude and I will never be back.
The food is good their fast, but the management sucks and they’re so rude. Terrible customer service

The staff is always very friendly.
It's chicken... It creates a turd. It was good chicken but nothing special. Only 2nd time I have ate at a Zaxby's. I'd eat it again though.

I have not ever had a bad experience here. Food is always amazing, the shrimp was very good, it's the first time I ordered that and the cream cheese bites . The surface n turf was great. My new favorite dish
