I was not told the truth after asking before I ordered and after they brought my plate
Wasn’t until I had paid for out meal and then the truth came out from another waitress and a manager that they do not bread them

The manager said yeah I understand what your saying she said kind of like a kids meal
Just be honest with customers

This was the first time we had ever been in and it was packed! Took a minute for the waitress to come greet us but understandably she was swamped. After she greeted us we had great service. The fried fish was crispy and hot! Sides were great. We ordered some chili cheese fries and they were a lot! Probably won’t get those again just because it was a meal itself! Lolol. The burger had good flavor and bun seemed to be placed on the grill for a bit. My preference is to have the bun a bit more grilled, but, it was fine. The ice cream was the heart of the experience! We were pretty excited about the strawberry ice cream!!! They ended it at the end of May and now they are moving to peach! The blackberry cobbler came out hot and had great flavor to it. Especially with the ice cream on top! Little bit pricy for what we got but all and all we will be back and we will definitely have some more ice cream! They sell it by the 1/2 gallon!!!

My steak was cooked perfectly. I like my steak Pittsburgh style and not everyone can cook it raw enough for me.

We absolutely loved eating here!! It was our first time visiting and definitely won't be the last!!! The owners and staff are so nice and always making sure you have what you need. The food was AMAZING the chicken fried steak was the best I have had our son got the catfish and we haven't quit talking to everyone about how everything was hot and delicious.

$72 for two steak dinners isn't the best price that's not horrible however when you order a medium steak it comes out well done the staff really could care less the host is when you mention it looks the other way to ignore you and the strawberry ice cream they are so well known for is less than mediocre is slushy consistency not creamy not impressed I hope they make their money on all the tourists that come through for the lake because this local won't be back

$72 for 2 steak dinners i would not normally complain however our ordered medium steaks were past well done after waiting an hour to get them we ate them rather than wait again and the strawberry ice cream i heard so much about is sweet and more slush texture than ice cream. I hope they make their money in lake tourist this local will not be back. and their hostess and waitress didn't care it was wrong, when I mentioned she turned her head and ignored me.

The first time we dined in Princess Restaurant was back in November 2024. The experience was not good. We got salad and burger. The salad was like 80% lettuce and the burger pattie was bland.
We gave it another try yesterday, 3/2/25, thinking that we’ll have a bettter experience this time.
We ordered single cheeseburger and hot link sandwich.
Our experience was worse than the first.
Food is way overpriced for its taste and quality of ingredients.
We’re not going back.

Beautifully remodeled restaurant. Appreciate that they are open on Wednesday thru Saturday. Food is always great. Great place out by the lake to enjoy a meal with family and friends!
Nice, updated place. Looked promising, but it was a let down. The food was disappointing; at least on that day. 12oz ribeye $26.99 was tender, but we didn't like the seasoning. Seemed like the only seasoning on it was pepper. The brown beans and hush puppies weren't to our liking. The fried fish was cold and had thick crust with a hint of actual fish in 2 of the 3 pcs. Coconut meringue pie was runny, hadn't set yet. It was still hot from oven! It should not have been served yet. It had a weird flavor for sure. We left it. Other menu items could be good, but with so many disappointments, we probably won't be back. Ppl must like it tho bc the house was over half full.
