The Bird and Bison is a Native-themed restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The back patio is lovely, and the food is excellent, especially the rich, smokey pulled pork and home fries. They are known for their Bison Burgers, made with 100% Bison meat and served with caramelized onions and bacon jam. The fries are fresh but could be crispier. The staff, especially Simone, is friendly and energetic, enhancing the overall experience. The restaurant plans to open a bar on the patio soon. The small dining area inside features Native-themed artwork, while the outside area is spacious and shaded.
