The floor was VERY sticky! I'm an just angry that you got rid of your potato cakes again!!! Those are the only reason I come to Arby's so I guess I'm not coming back!!!

This place is always slow. Takes 10 to 15 min to get a sandwich and being the only one in the drive thru. It's annoying.

Had what I thought was a simple order. A Ruben, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, and 2 medium lemonades. Had to go in to ask for the sauce that normally comes with the mozzarella sticks. Not really a big deal, but then we had to drive back because they didn't put any saurkraut on the Ruben and didn't cut it in half. The worst part is, they didn't make me a fresh sandwich. I sat in horror and watched as they used the same sandwich, added very little saurkraut, cut it. Then sent it back. Now I am wishing I would have just asked for my money back. The bread is cold and soggy. Very unpleasant.

Absolutely awful. Showed up for an interview 15 early, still waited nearly an hour though there's no customers, just for her to take one look at me and immediately say nope and walk away. Site says desperately hiring, but the old lady running it doesn't seem to agree.

Dirt. The drinks tasted like dirt or mold. The fries were cold and raw in the middle.

So I approached the cashier, who happened to be the general manager, i smiled and said hello how are you, and she just kind shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say much. I thought, okay, not a good start. I ordered my food and they were quick about my order, but I realized I forgot to order something so I asked if I could add something to my order and the general manager acted like i somehow inconvenienced her life at that moment. I asked her, everything okay? She just sighed and said that they were short staffed.
Folks, i can understand if you are short staffed, but don’t make it out like i am to blame for ordering. I am sorry if I forgot something, but what happened to manners and customer service? Arbys, you guys need to step up your game when it comes to management snd customer service. There was a young, blonde girl working and she had a far better spirit and attitude than her general manager. Just saying….

Food was cool and fast, but the "shift leader" was kinda stuck up...idk if I just look to "city" or something but I said thank you like 3 different times and he just turned his nose up at me....SUPER inconvenient ?
