The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the lady upcharged me , I asked for the bacon ranch burger which is 8.59 she rang me up for the original burger and charged additional for bacon & cheese which brought it to 10 something and some change , next time I'll just order online bc when I price checked with everything else I ordered wouldve saved 6$

So I was helping my friend move yo Pauls Valley, and we were getting a bit peckish. She had remembered that I was craving fried catfish the night before, and I had heard Boomerang Diner has the best fried catfish, so we decided to try it out, and boy, they didn't disappoint! Our waitress Emily was so very patient with my many questions about their ranch dressing! She is bubbly and energetic! Perfect first impression! She was attentive and made sure our drinks were never empty and promptly came back to ensure everything was to our liking! Beautiful personality and hard worker too! The ranch dressing is house made and made it worth ordering a salad! The fish was so flakey and crispy and yummy I ate every bit of my order! Even the fried okra was on point! The atmosphere was so nostalgic and fun! I really, really loved getting to spend time with my friend while enjoying a delightful, delicious meal in a fun place! It's worth the drive to head downtown Pauls Valley and visit this eclectic eatery! Two thumbs up! Emily even brought my friends ESA pup a treat of a bacon plate to go with her crunchy tatertots . I will be going back next time I'm in the area! So yummy ?!
I usually have a good meal here, but a couple weeks ago my wife and I went in. She wanted a veggie omelet (she's vegetarian) and I wanted a Spanish omelet. They brought our food and we dug in. After a few bites my wife noticed her's was a Spanish. I noticed mine was ham and cheese. No problem. Everyone makes mistakes. We took them back to the counter. After a few minutes they brought my wife a veggie omelet....and brought me the Spanish omelet that my wife had eaten some of. We dug in. I didn't notice it until me wife pointed it out.
