Very slow to serve! We waited for over 10 minutes to receive coffee that is very weak, tasting like water! The restrooms were filthy! Very slippery. Grease covered the floor, it had a very bad stinch and was in dire need of cleaning.

We showed up at 9:15 pm with about 45 people. They were a little short handed but handled us all fine. Crew kept a decent attitude, the food was fresh and good, they got us served in a very reasonable time. Great job folks!

Isaiah was wonderful during my curbside experience! Better than any McDonald’s, actually asked if I needed anything and didn’t sound like it was a big deal unlike most McDonald’s. Definitely happy with this McDonald’s and his professionalism.
I basically never have an issue with the food and the people are nice.

I just recently moved into the area and every time I've ordered food here, the fries seem to always be sad and old. I've also noticed that there's condensation dripping from the A/C onto the front counter, the floor, and the card reader.
With that being said, I do love the look of the interior overall, as well as the interactive table, the game/tablet things at some of the tables (have not used, yet) and the size of the kid's play area.

I don't go to this location too often because everytime I have been I'm either waiting 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, get handed a bag with something misses, or it simply wasn't rung up correctly. everytime I order 2 spicy mccrispys no pickles, with one as a meal. how hard is it to ring that up properly and make it properly? the only thing that comes on that sandwich is spicy sauce and pickles, it isn't hard to NOT put something on a sandwich. fast food isn't hard, taking an order isn't hard, putting only sauce on a bun and putting chicken on it isn't hard. either do your job correctly or quit, it isn't difficult if everyone is doing their job right. I had gone at 12:03, a 5'5 Mexican girl took my order, not the first time she's messed it up which isn't surprising when I could hear the music from her airpod. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO MANAGE THEIR EMPLOYEES. please do better pv McDonald's. almost as bad as ada
