I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this visit was really disappointing. Ordering was difficult because most of the staff didn’t seem to speak or understand enough English to take a basic order, which led to my order being wrong. That alone was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the food itself. The items I received looked poorly prepared and honestly unsanitary. I couldn’t eat them. What really stood out to me was seeing an employee stir my frappe by hand 😳 I’ve NEVER seen that done at any McDonald’s before, and it definitely raised concerns- unfortunately the communication barrier made it difficult to talk to a manager. Fast food doesn’t have to be perfect, but it should at least be clean and accurate. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless there are some serious improvements.

When I ask for pickles on my mcchicken, 1 single slice right in the middle isn't what I meant..... you charge almost $4 for a mcchicken when it use to me a DOLLAR, and can't give me at least 3 dang pickles???

Good looked like it had been thrown around the room. Sandwiches were not put together correctly; meat hanging off the bun, cheese on the paper more than the sandwich, ketchup and mustard all over the burger, kids meals looked like a 2 yr old had prepared them! Fries were cold and 2 of the 5 drinks were wrong!!

The store was very dirty. The drink area was a mess. Many dirty tables, food and trash on the floor The napkin dispenser was empty. The employees were standing around in the kitchen area talking and laughing. Very disappointed!

Very slow to serve! We waited for over 10 minutes to receive coffee that is very weak, tasting like water! The restrooms were filthy! Very slippery. Grease covered the floor, it had a very bad stinch and was in dire need of cleaning.
