Years ago I would have given this place a 1 star..... but in the past few months I have been taking my little one here for some father son dinner time....the service has been fantastic....pizza has been great and the place is being kept clean....sadly the did remove the games they had....but that was due to the games supplier not maintaining ING the games. So I can't say I blame them ....over all I would say a great place to go for pizza now....I really hope they can keep up the good they have done to turn the place around. It is beco ING a favorite of me and my son to visit

This pizza place has gluten free options but has already one of my favorite flavor combinations. Price is affordable, door dash/ delivery, pick up or dine in time is reasonable waiting time also.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies to choose from on the menu.

This was close to the worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered extra cheese and there was barely enough cheese to cover the top. We ordered black olives and mushrooms and they were skimpy and shriveled. I ordered the pizza for 8:30pm and I suspect it was made closer to 7:30. This was a hand tossed crust and it was so thin on the bottom that I had trouble picking up a slice. Someone doesn’t know what they’re doing

Dined in. They brought us our drinks then forgot a party of 7. No food for 1 hour. Not busy. I had to go ask since we had young children with us. They found our food in a delivery box!?!? And you can't remember your took drinks to a party of 7 and then forget us? We will not be back!!!To top it off we found out it happened again to another person a few days later!What a shame!! PV is tiny! Get with it staff!!! You have customers in the restaurant!!!

Went in today and no one was even in kitchen... Waited for someone to come to front because we were going to eat in there. The manager asked us if we could order at the register to save her the "trouble" of seating us and letting us look at the menu!! Horrible service!!!! We left and won't be back!!!

I would give 0 stats if I could for this locations customer service. I ordered food for my father, who is diabetic and for obvious reasons needs to eat within a reasonable time frame. The person that took my order NEVER explained to me, despite their insistence that it was explained (LIES)..... ANYWAY never explained that they don't deliver like NORMAL pizza places, but instead they 3rd party contract with Doordarsh.... there's no way that would have been explained to me and I would still order to go through Pizza Hut to provide food to my father who needed to eat by a certain time frame. Once speaking to the representative, who could care less about the situation and customer service skills were less than mediocre stated "I told you that and I have no control over when they deliver... like I already told you, so do you want the order or would you like me to cancel it?" Absolutely RIDICULOUS, and an unprofessional way to respond for someone in customer service! Never.... EVER AGAIN! The MANAGER was the person I spoke with... whom also REFUSED to give their name! How about you find another job that doesn't require, at the very least, average customer service skills! I will be contacting corporate! I work hard for my money and refuse to allow anyone in the service industry or otherwise, be rude to me when I'm spending my money in their establishment!
