Edit; so I dumped my LARGE chocolate brownie blast into a large bowl.....want to talk about being robbed ! It barely had ¼cup with of chocolate ANYTHING in the cup ! What an absolute robbery.The garlic butter burger looked sad to say the least.....and then we get to the LARGE chocolate brownie blast.....hardly ANY chocolate brownie bits in it for its size. Sad, this was a sad sad meal ?♂️?♂️

If I could give them a 0 I would, got a survey for them and just noted I received raw bacon and that they might do a little better quality control but still gave them a good rating. The very next time I went to that location they took 28 minutes for just a blt, as the car hop delivered my food she stated here is your quality control. I didn't think anything of it so I left and when I went to eat the food everything was burnt, bacon toast and all the lettuce was old and just nasty so I have never been back and never will. I will drive 2 miles further to visit the one in townIt doesn't matter I will never be back to this place, they should of never retaliated from a survey, completely unprofessional

I frequent this place pretty often, some days twice a day as my options are limited, and it takes a lot for me to get to the point of being disappointed enough where I come do this. ITS THE WORST SONIC IVE EVER BEEN TO. My order is never right, it’s even ordered through the app so as to not “mis-understand” me.Get it together guys, or just shut down. If PV is too small of a town to get decent help, then merge the two. I’ll drive into town from now on, hopefully I’m not disappointed every time with them

Horrible customer service and food!!!!! I wish I could give less than one star! We waited 25 minutes after ordering to be told they don’t have texas toast and can’t make our order. The one burger we received was made wrong and so disgusting it was thrown away. They refused to refund our money for items they didn’t have supplies to make.
