More concerned with the drive-thru time than the people in the store I shouldn't have to wait for everybody in drive-thru to get their drinks since I walked in and ordered my drink direct but that's how they do it

Ordered on the app - what I always order. My husband was driving so they handed it to him and we pulled off. When he handed it to me I could tell there was VERY little coffee in it. I opened the lid and whipped cream was to the top. I waited for it to melt then took the pic. It was half full, at best.

I do plan to call them but we are from out of town so I can’t have it corrected later and we were in a huge rush for an event so I couldn’t go back. Should...

Kudos to the management and team here. We travel across TX and OK often and had stopped going to most Starbucks due to service/drink issues. This one is the friendliest and knows how to make a darn good Americano. Thank you.
