Came in last night at 640pm (still reasonable time for dinner) and they barely had any bread left and 2 cookies. Both the guys working there were trying to close the store down. As we were eating, another customer came and waited a good 5 minutes before someone came from the back to help him.

A select few employees at this location are very rude!

They really need to get these people some help. Don't know who the owner is but hopefully you see this hire more staff. I've been waiting in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes. Decided to give up on my food

Lazy, rude employee wouldn't take my order at the drive through window when I explained I couldn't reach the touch screen outside.

I asked her, what's the difference between taking my order right here at the window or me coming inside and you taking my order at the counter?

Her response was, it defeats the purpose of having the touchscreen in the drive through. So in other words, she's not interested in doing the slightest little extra bit of work to make a customer happy.

Unfortunately for the owner of this restaurant there are Subway stores in every town you go to. I highly recommend folks take their business to another location.

EDIT: Wow. Take a look at some of the other reviews. Apparently this same female employee is infamous for her ride behavior. One can only imagine how much business they are losing due to this one employee. Sad.

I'm a single parent with two teenagers and with all the Price hiking that has been happening all around makes it hard when your on a fixed income to do anything with your family/children. I definitely couldn't afford 3 meals. So I was trying to figure out how all 3 of us could eat on a budget. Bianca the most alert and aware of today's financial struggles, was and is a blessing. She immediately assessed my situation and informed me of what specials and promotions were available and helped by coupon so I was beyond pleased to know that there are wonderful people with compassion and integrity. She represented SUBWAY transparently and gave the Best Customer Service I've ever had at ANY SUBWAY and I came from CALIFORNIA...smile ... And thank you BIANCA. SUBWAY NEEDS MORE BIANCAS ACROSS THE STATES!!!

Terrible service! Sat in the drive thru for 48 minutes --both saw me numerous times and never even acknowledged me. Turned the outside menu off so they don't have to do any work. The 2 older women who work there are the rudest people I have ever met. Steer
Clear!

Food was ok. Didn't have regular ranch, only had peppercorn ranch and acted like we were stupid for saying we didn't like that kind. Made us feel like we were a bother instead of appreciated as a customer.

Rude. Bad customer service care. Charged over $38.00 for two footlongs and two small drinks to go. Impossible to get them on telephone. Just puts you on hold and the hangs up.

Lady at the front was about the rudest fast food worker I’ve ever met! Not even 5 seconds in the building, this lady white probably mid 20s had a Purple Heart necklace on starts saying with an attitude “just to let y'all know we only have muti-grain and white bread” and just walks to the back. I’m standing there with my mom looking at the menu just feeling out what she wants and she comes back and ask if we’re ready I tell her to give me just a second please. She then turns to my husband and goes “are you ready to order” in a rude tone like she already annoyed that we are there. My husband then tells her “one second please” and she rolls her eyes. Entire time she’s trying to badger us for an order rolling her eyes as me and my mom are simply talking figuring out what we want. Mind you there is literally only 1 other person who’s already ordered waiting no one else in line. We simply want to look at the menu. Now I’m speaking to my mom in Spanish to get her order and she once again keeps asking how many sandwiches it’s going as I’m still having a conversation, so I tell her it’s going to be two. As I start ordering my mother’s sandwich and she asks okay what about her? And I go “that is hers” and she lets out a big sigh and continues what she is doing. While I’m ordering my moms sandwich she keeps looking to her almost as if she’s expecting a response for her even though I am the one ordering. I ask for no onions add lettuce and tomatoes and if it can’t be double toasted. She proceeds not to say anything and makes the sandwich and as she goes to put it in the oven my mom notices the onions and I politely tell her “oh I asked for no onions please”. She lets out the biggest sign slams open the toaster and begins to toss all the onions to on one side. She turns back to me and asks me what on the next sandwich and I tell her the #15 and she looks at me and goes “so 3 sandwiches?” And I say no just two and she gets upset saying “I thought you wanted two #1s” to which I corrected her and said “no just one and one #15. That’s when she turns around with a attitude and grabs the sandwhich from the toaster and is visibly annoyed. At this point I’ve had enough and tell her “You know what, no thank you I’m gonna go ahead and go somewhere else.” We begin to walk out and get and the guy next to her start talking to each other and I hear the other guy go “well speak up so we can hear you ordering” which I know for a fact she can hear me since she was able to understand my order and roll her eyes every-time I asked for something. As we get out to our car she walks to the door still continuing to talk shit to herself when a man who was sitting outside walks up to her and they start talking at the door the entire time we’re getting into our car. If you can not handle people taking their time to look at the menu then don’t work in food service.
