Rude employees. I just needed to use the bathroom and grab some food but we got turned away saying their lobby closes 30 minutes early i wanted to ask to just the bathroom then because i really had to go but before i could say shit she had already closed the door. Very disappointing honestly
Everything is great but not staying open later on Fri and Sat is by far the dumbest thing I've seen in a long time. Especially with it being next to the interstate.
Waiting almost a hour for two soft tacos...
Hate they forgot to give us straws. Not easy driving and trying to drink without a straw. Overall, the place was nice.
Food was cold. Cold stale tortilla with soggy lettuce and goop threw it out the window
Worst Taco Bell. If they mess your order up, they won’t fix it or they just mess it up again.
Food was not very good
Good food good service
be sure to check your items there was a literal Qtip in my box by the nachos for the cheese dip so gross/unsanitary, like why would that be in the box.. was already 20 miles away so couldnt return
I get 2 double stacks tacos with no lettuce every time I go here. I have to check my food before I leave every time because the people preparing the food are illiterate, and put lettuce on it. As well the bowl ordered was no cheese, no black beans. I have no clue how they got no guacamole.

I stopped at this Taco Bell on my way back to Texas because I've always had positive experiences with the brand, but today was a complete disappointment. The cashier, Alexis, was rude, my order was missing items, and I was overcharged. I called the store to request a refund for the missing items and overcharges, but was told they couldn’t issue a refund without my physical card. I explained that I was already en route to Texas and couldn’t return, but I’d be satisfied with a coupon sent via email or mail. They refused, stating that wasn’t possible. The person on the phone then hung up on me. When I called back, I spoke to the general manager, Shelby, who was equally unhelpful and dismissive. Shelby informed me that since they were a franchise, I couldn’t contact corporate, and when I asked for a simple resolution, she said, "It doesn’t work that way."
It’s frustrating to encounter such poor customer service and management. It's a shame this location treats its customers so poorly. I’m not someone who typically complains, especially since I also work in the restaurant industry, but at this point, it’s about the principle—this experience went beyond just missing items or overcharges.

Took 30 minutes to get our order. The staff seemed confused on items that needed to be made..

It's OK. The place is clean. The employees don't pay attention to people who walk in, they are hoping you will just use the kiosk and never have to talk to a human.
