We ordered $75 worth of food for take-out and discovered missing items upon inspection. The issue was promptly resolved, but the overall experience was marred by delays, taking 36 minutes for the initial order and 10 minutes for replacements. Regrettably, most of the food was not prepared correctly. Burgers were compromised due to excessive items in each bag, and all burgers lacked condiments. Additionally, chicken sandwiches were missing essential ingredients like lettuce and mayo. This experience was extremely disappointing and the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. It is important to note that the food was not tampered with, but my children were understandably distressed.
I'm sick of being asked to pull up and park when I'm in the drive through ESPECIALLY when there's nobody behind me. The point of using the drive through is speed inconvenience so pulling up & parking ruin that. I'm not moving anymore & you shouldn't either then they'll stop this crap
