The not knots are the star of thd show. The perfect garlic pillows. The Ranch water is strong and taste great. The strawberry dessert is delicious. The pizza is just alright. The char on top is great. The crust underneath was doughy and so floppy that a fork is the only way to eat it. Also very greasy for that style. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Great place to watch football until 9pm.

Busiest place in town. Must be good. It was. Tried the Not Knots. They were good but wished the cheese didn’t all just fall off. Pizza was good. Next time I’ll try the Cinnamon Knots for dessert. Friendly staff. Clean. Cool building. Great renovation.

While staying in Pawhuska at the Pioneer Woman Boarding House, we ate here twice because the Mercantile was closed for dinner the days we were there. One night we had the super-yummy prosciutto and fig pizza to share; the second time we had an Italian chopped salad and lasagna, along with cocktails. Service was fast and friendly, too! You must go!

After breakfast at the mercantile and a visit to the ranch and lodge we came back and had lunch at P Town Pizza. The stair climb was a little much but once we got there we were seated right away. Near window facing road. We ordered our drinks and our server Alexander hopped to it right away. We were still a little full from breakfast so we ordered a 12 inch pepperoni. I love a wood fire pizza! It came to the table hot and cheesy and 2 kinds of pepperoni. The taste was great! Alexander kept our glasses full and checked on us regularly. For dessert we got a strawberry cake to take home.. it too was delicious. We will be back. And also the leftovers tasted good at 9 that night as a snack.

The pizza was delicious! Several different types of pepperoni and mushrooms gave a really distinctive flavor! The only thing that kept me from giving a fifth star was that I felt rushed by the bartender to pay. It wasn't very busy and I had planned to stay for another drink.
Such a cute restaurant. Loved everything about it. We got the “not knots” and a pizza with all the meat. And we got raspberry unsweetened ice tea. Everything was fantastic. We couldn’t eat it all. Highly recommend!!

The pizza at P-Town Pizza definitely lives up to the hype!!! Great pizza and great service too!! We were traveling into Pawhuska for a brief one night stay in this quaint town and decided to try P-Town Pizza. We were not disappointed and look forward to another visit in the future when we are in this area!! The Fig pizza I had was amazing!! Definitely recommend this place!!
