The people who work at Sonic in pawhyok are nasty and they burn your food! They have no customer service training and the chicken sandwich is not what they promote!!!!! One worker refused my money back then touched my onion rings and gave them back o as m filing a formal complaint

Ordered a simple burger with just mayo and cheese on it. Got home with the burger and it had everything you can get on a burger and no mayo. Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened at this sonic. The car hop even read my order back to me and she read it back right but the order definitely was not right.

I always stop in for a Route 44 cranberry limeade. I try to make it before the end of happy hour but it's always a good value and the staff is always friendly and the service is generally pretty quick
I ordered a smashburger for the 1st time and an unsweetened iced tea. My burger was literally a Salt lick and I got a Sweet Tea which I couldn't drink. I also ordered a water which was correct. The shame is, it was on the ticket. I couldn't eat the burger it was so bad.. I live out of town to top it off so I went home just as hungry as I was ..
