This is a McDonald's that if you go inside to order you must do it on a kiosk. We decided to order outside and the clerk really didn't know the menu however after she checked she got the order and prices correct

Haven't eaten McDonald's in a couple years. Stopped in and ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese, got a smash burger. Really.... very disappointed.

This place has really gone down him. Everytime we go to Oklahoma we stop here and it's worse everytime. When we walked in it was hot and muggy. There was a 5 gallon bucket or 2 in the lobby catching water dripping from the ceiling. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes to order because nobody was around. The manager was running back and forth all over the place. She started taking our order then she had to ask a different employee a question about how to punch something in on the screen. When they came over to help her, they showed her how to do it then the manager said ok well you can finish this and walked off. That employee was still nice and listened well. The manager, I had to repeat everything too. The tables were dirty. We waited for our food for about 5 mins roughly.

I felt misled due to the image of what I ordered was so much better than what I received. Even if you take your time when making the burger it will still not look as good as advertised. The ingredients easily slid from the burger and onto the wrapper.

Great service, don't have to wait at all. As soon as we paid at the first window and pulled to the second window our food was ready. Also that's the freshest burger I've had at McDonald's it was actually too hot to eat.
