Food made fresh I am disappointed arbys no longer has the 2 for 7 deal so its super over priced now but the food was good. 5 stars for fast food 0 stars for value.

Even after I said the last couple times I purchased the new pulled pork sandwiches and that I didn't get any bbq sauce i they still did put any BBQ sauce on them.

The service was good and they made our food quickly, despite the line. I ate half of my burger before I looked at it and it was nearly raw in the middle. I asked someone working there if it's supposed to be cooked like that and they said yes. I added a picture, in case this is too rare for anyone else.

The manager whose cards are out in the register area Crystal Russell needs to be reassessed. Leaving only 1 employee on a night shift is unacceptable when the restaurant is located on the side of I-35 in a truck stop. Jude did amazing. Is working his heart out. He will get no break tonight. Kudos to Jude!

When I went in kind of a tall girl with long hair sick nose running everywhere she was touching everything no gloves. She then was fiffling with my sack and the sack fell on the floor she was going to put my food in the sack she dropped on the floor after wiping her nose on my sackShe should be fired for intentional passing of illness.
