I ordered a delux burger on a Saturday morning, I saw the middle of the patty in red color, they are not cooked perfectly. They gave the order super fast. Except it was not cooked properly.

Came in on 7/24 for lunch and it was the best meal I’ve had in a while. Very fresh and hot, ready before I even left the register. Friendly service and very attractive manager who was precise and in control, don’t see that often these days, especially when they are as busy as they were. Will come back often!

Even after I said the last couple times I purchased the new pulled pork sandwiches and that I didn't get any bbq sauce i they still did put any BBQ sauce on them.

The service was good and they made our food quickly, despite the line. I ate half of my burger before I looked at it and it was nearly raw in the middle. I asked someone working there if it's supposed to be cooked like that and they said yes. I added a picture, in case this is too rare for anyone else.

Best Arby's I have ever been to really. I don't even really eat Arby's but I will come back here the workers are great.
The manager whose cards are out in the register area Crystal Russell needs to be reassessed. Leaving only 1 employee on a night shift is unacceptable when the restaurant is located on the side of I-35 in a truck stop. Jude did amazing. Is working his heart out. He will get no break tonight. Kudos to Jude!
