First of all, we went in to use the bathrooms before going through the drive through. Both bathrooms reeked of urine and weren’t clean. Second, we saw a baby/toddler damn near fall off of their chair and heard a mom complaining about how disgusting the high chairs were, covered in old food that clearly wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned off. We waited almost 25 minutes inside before we decided to just try the drive through. Only one kiosk was working and no one was at the counter to order in person??? Anyways, we order at the drive through. The person taking the order was obviously not in a great mood and had a horrible attitude at the window with us- they were also openly discussing how they filed a police report on someone and they’re trying to call them?? Not professional or even remotely appropriate. The worker was also wearing a different shirt than everyone else with a collar so possibly a manager? She continued to talk with her co worker and didn’t even acknowledge us other than “25.85” which was our total. At the window where we got our food, the worker was nicer and actually took a moment to say hello and confirm our drinks before handing them to us. We got our food and immediately found five LONG blonde hairs wrapped in the wrapper with our hash browns and the breakfast bagels we got were extremely dry and burnt on the edges. The orange juice was extremely bitter as well. -10/10. Not family friendly, rude workers and horrible front of store management as well. Do NOT bring yourself or your family here- just go across the street to Arby’s.

Went in to order and dine in couldn’t get service at the counter I ask a lady passing by me she said she only did the window but didn’t get any one to help me ignored-by the other workers so I left and went though the window which was also awful but finally got food and there she was the girl I talked to so I ask why she didn’t get someone to help me she said again I just work the window So think someone should have better training including the manager Oct 15 , 2024 around 5:30

This McDonald's can't suck enough sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before finding out they have once again raised prices. Remember braums is right next door. And you can get 5 burgers for the price of their 2 and it's real beef. And raised in Oklahoma. We need to bankrupt corporations that don't appreciate customers. or out right refuse to offer good customer service. And this location fails on both. Watch Google auto respond for them. And they never actually reach out to show concern or solve the issue. Hell some even go as far as giving an email that leads no where.

My husband and I had to drop my pet pig off at OSU for vet care. On our way back to Enid, we stopped at McDonald's to grab breakfast. We don't eat fast food often since our kids are grown, but today we did. WOW! WOW! Before we went inside, we sat at a table outside for a few minutes. We were greeted with a huge smile and a good morning, how are you? We went inside and used the bathroom. Holy smokes! Soooo clean! The entire facility was immaculate! Updated to modern, fun colors and feel good environment. THEN, while ordering our food, we were greeted with a smile, very patient with me employee! While I was standing there, every single person working (drive thru and kitchen) looked happy to be there. It's very rare to see any of this anymore. We then got our food, and it was quick, HOT & tasted fantastic! We did tell the staff on our way out how pleasing this experience was for us & we hoped they continued with fantastic customer relations. So, if you are passing through or by Perry, OK, make it a point to stop in for a great experience! Keep up the outstanding work! Thank you!

There were plenty of staff “working” and yet only one person was actually helping any customers, the rest were in the back chugging redbull and not paying attention to anything. The one staff member helping was deaf and doing his best to keep everything going. We stopped for a quick breakfast but ended up waiting for 30 minutes for our food, which came out wrong and then informed that they were out of caramel for a drink we ordered. Super star employee, mentioned above, tried his best to make the drink but we ended up with iced chocolate water. Why weren’t the other employees doing anything?
Bathroom was disgusting, the floor was wet and covered in toilet paper. When the stall door shut the remaining tp fell to the floor into the disgusting pile of wet tp.
The floor near the waiting area for food was also soaking wet. The mop was propped on the wall and fell down on to customers waiting. The mop bucket was directly in front of the soda fountain, making it difficult to access the machine. The broom and dust pan were also propped up next to the soda machine area and the broom fell.

The worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. The dining room was dirty. The drink table was dirty. The women’s restroom was disgusting. The toilets were filthy with feces. Who the heck closed last night???The countertops were dirty, also the floors. The staff were very slow and we waited for 15 minutes for our fast food. Many people in line that morning waiting, and waiting. The staff were laughing so loudly, and when I went to ask for something at the counter the guy came up with food in his mouth so full of food he couldn’t speak. Passing through so I will never come back to this Mcdonald’s.

Stopped here to use the restroom and grab a bite. Decided not to eat here because the bathroom was dirty, and there was no soap to wash hands. That tells me that they don’t wash their hands. Gross.
