Drove an hour to give my kids the sit down experience. Went on a Monday, found out they don’t open the lobby on Mondays. Recommend calling ahead. I’m sure the food is fine, but we went somewhere else to eat.

DON’t BOTHER ORDERING FROM THIS STORE WASTE OF TIME
Ordered a pizza through the app and after waiting past the ETA and the end of my lunch about an hour after placing the order I called to let them know not to bring it and the older lady on the phone told me it was ready but that since I had selected pay cash (something I typically do so I can tip the delivery driver) they won’t deliver those orders and I asked why someone hadn’t called to tell me when I placed the order or updated the app because I would have paid with card or went to pickup and she just said I’m sorry I just saw it but that doesn’t make sense if there was a deliberate decision made not to deliver because of that she did nothing to offer to make it right, very frustrating and will not be ordering here again, also had to speak to foreign rep and have call transferred just to speak to store overall very frustrating experience

They lie ! I ordered a pizza 45 minutes before they’re closing time and instead of making the pizza they called me 30seconds after I placed my order at 8:25 to tell me they close at 8:00 (They Close at 9) and when I drove by they were still open

I don’t think that you should be bringing your kids to work with you while you are on the clock. I also don’t think that if you aren’t on the clock and in uniform that you should be going behind the counter to either make your own food or to grab your own order! I will never be back to this Pizza Hut! We were hungry and on our way back to Texas and my son likes pizza so we decided to stop here! NEVER AGAIN!
