I don’t do this, because I understand the point of owning businesses, and mistakes happen.
The first thing I did was reach out after a situation, they said they would handle it when I returned. I told them it may be a week or two, upon returning they denied all claims, and didn’t fix anything.

Found a fingernail in my food. And when I called back not even worried about a refund cause it was just 10$ I was told by the manager that if I don’t bring it back, she will not believe me. Even after I told her the color of it, and told her to check the staffs hands. More importantly why wasn’t gloves considered while making my food for this to happen?
If you want to chance needing a box of Imodium then have at it. I will NEVER go back. I strongly suspect terrible personal hygiene and feces ending up in food.
