My husband and I are back on the road again, and during our travels, we made a stop at the general store in Oklahoma, hoping to find a souvenir magnet. This was our first visit to one of these stores, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked it was. The attendants were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our shopping experience enjoyable.

While we didn’t find the Oklahoma magnet we were searching for, we couldn’t resist stocking up on some delicious ice cream and candy bars—definitely a sweet treat for our journey! It was a bit disappointing not to find a magnet to commemorate our first visit to Oklahoma, as we would have loved to document our experience. But hey, there's always next time! Overall, it was a fun stop, and we look forward to trying again on our next road trip!

The main thing they could improve on is having more than one cashier working. Countless times I've seen only 1 cashier working with a line of customers working their butt off trying to keep up.

I am a truck driver and have been in my share of nasty places but this right here takes it!!
You can tell that the management doesn’t care of their store to allow their employees to leave this like this.. RIDICULOUS!!! ?

Gas pumps always take forever, literally 5 min to pump $3.52. Waste of time to stop

Got gas and a bottle of water. Waited in line on a Wednesday afternoon with six other people TWICE. The second time I needed a gas refund and a new receipt and had to ask the lady if anyone else could run register or I was going to be late for an appointment…Kitty (on her name tag but the receipt said Vickie) just mumbled “I think she can” very vaguely and didn’t ask for help.It is instances of poor customer service just like this that makes people walk away from businesses. It doesn’t matter how cheap your gas is, it doesn’t matter how awesome your food is on the inside. When people are disrespected by the person behind the counter, and they’re not in any hurry and don’t see anything wrong with it, people don’t want to shop there.

I didn't stop for fresh coffee. I stopped for fast coffee. Can we just get our old coffee machine back. I like 3 hour old coffee. Make a cup in 10 seconds rather than that super computer that gives you light brown
