Got gas and a bottle of water. Waited in line on a Wednesday afternoon with six other people TWICE. The second time I needed a gas refund and a new receipt and had to ask the lady if anyone else could run register or I was going to be late for an appointment…Kitty (on her name tag but the receipt said Vickie) just mumbled “I think she can” very vaguely and didn’t ask for help.It is instances of poor customer service just like this that makes people walk away from businesses. It doesn’t matter how cheap your gas is, it doesn’t matter how awesome your food is on the inside. When people are disrespected by the person behind the counter, and they’re not in any hurry and don’t see anything wrong with it, people don’t want to shop there.

I didn't stop for fresh coffee. I stopped for fast coffee. Can we just get our old coffee machine back. I like 3 hour old coffee. Make a cup in 10 seconds rather than that super computer that gives you light brown

I have 2 main issues with this store. First they are consistently having low stock and issues with their soda/coffee station. Second there is a cashier whose check out manners are just awful. I see her consistently and she always seems flustered. Will have you come up to put your stuff on the counter even though the person ahead of you isn't done checking out....which also means the person behind you is invading your space while you're trying to checkout (this is even before starting the payment). I understand her want to try to check people out quickly but someone putting their items on the counter where she still has to wait til I'm done with my payment is a waste, rude, and frankly poor customer service skills.Outside of those 2 items the store is always clean, bathrooms are clean, I have found other staff to be kind and do well.

THE GIRL AT THE FRONT REGISTER GAVE OUTSTANDING CUSTERMER SERVICE. WE WERE JUST PASSING THROUGH ABOUT 1 PM ON FEB. 14. AND SAW EVERYONE GOT THE BEST OF SERVICE ! SURE NOT LIKE 95 % OF STORES NOW ADAYS.

I usually like this Casey’s. But lately they’ve gone downhill from management. They had two new employees working alone tonight. I waited over an hour for my 2 pizzas and another lady waited just as long for her small pizza. It wasn’t even busy but lack of training and poor scheduling caused this to happen. I’ll probably try it again but things need to change soon or they will lose business fast.
