Ordered dinner and brought home. Missing a burger and my daughter's cheesesticks. This is the third time we have ordered from Pocola Sonic and we are missing some of our order. They need to pay attention when bagging orders.

This was my first time at a sonic. It was okay. Fries were greasy but hot and well seasoned. Almost seemed re-fried. There were a lot of onion skins left on on my burger, I had to pick them all out , that was disappointing. Soda was kind of watered down tasted more like diet. I probably won't go back but in a pinch it's okay.

Fix your hours online. 7am says your open and no one is there. Every time I go I get a bad experience. I try and give them a chance I love sonic but not this one.

I'm mainly rating Sonic due to their app. I used to love the app, but this year, I am logged out every time I try to use it, even though I save it. It won't accept my login info and makes me change my password every single time. It's a very frustrating issue.

Atmosphere is 5, because it's my ride. (Would give more stars if yall would vacuum it.) Food is a 5 (because my dogs will kill me in my sleep if I don't share the tots immediately). Service is so much more than a 5 and wish there was a plus button for this one especially today. I was 2nd in line with 3 behind me in the drive through. As the person in front of me was waiting on their meals, the drive through host took the "just drink orders" out to people behind me to get them on their way. I mean this person MUST know how addictive these sonic drinks are, or they are just that dang good at their job! Either way it was a win win for the people waiting. Kuddos to yall! I've seriously never seen this before from any other sonic locations. Yall are clearly rocking it!
