We ordered 2 vanilla dr. peppers 1 with extra vanilla and one with easy vanilla and they WROTE on the cups for easy differentiation AND actually did it CORRECTLY. It was a phenomenal experience and greatly appreciated the service!

Forgot my chicken Burger and just put a piece of cheese in the box. When I called and told them they said come back and get the sandwich and handed me the sandwich so that I could put the piece of cheese on it that was in the box so I just handed them the cheese back because it had already touched the box.

I'm mainly rating Sonic due to their app. I used to love the app, but this year, I am logged out every time I try to use it, even though I save it. It won't accept my login info and makes me change my password every single time. It's a very frustrating issue.
